Manda appeared to catch Gamabunta's murmuring. He coiled his body and fixed a cold gaze upon Gamabunta with his icy serpent eyes, ready to strike at any moment.

Manda was inherently arrogant and disdainful, lacking any inclination for restraint. Gamabunta, on the other hand, was a belligerent individual. He remained silent, yet his claws subtly gripped the knife's hilt!

"Hey, hey, hey! You two are on the battlefield now, and you're bickering amongst yourselves?!"

This marked Tsunade's first summoning of her Summoning beast – a colossal, soft slug, also known as a Katsuyu. The slug, white with blue stripes on its back, was essentially a clone of the Slug Sage Katsuyu. What set it apart was that all its split bodies possessed independent consciousness, resembling distinct individuals—a mysterious and magical quality.

In essence, this splitting technique was akin to the Second Hokage's technique but more profound. It shared similarities with the natural clone ability of the white-scaled snake but was distinctly different.

The Sage Katsuyu's body surpassed that of tailed beasts and exuded an air of low-key mystery.

"Why aren't you paying attention?"

Tsunade stood atop the Slug's head, dissatisfied with Orochimaru and Jiraiya's current state.

The Slug was highly obedient, benefiting for Tsnade, and shared a similar personality. Jiraiya, however, had no control over Gamabunta and couldn't command him, even with his current strength. Gamabunta was even complimented by Jiraiya and considered a younger brother.

Moreover, Tsunade harbored intentions of rivaling Orochimaru with her Summoning beast.

Conversely, Orochimaru indulged Manda and remained confident in his own abilities, believing he could manage the situation.

The surrounding Cloud Ninja, who had besieged the Sannin, lay defeated. Eventually, they were discovered and devoured by Manda, much to the disgust of Tsunade and Jiraiya.

At their current level, they couldn't contend with such a colossal Summoning beast, just as ordinary kage-level powerhouses were helpless against Nine-Tails and Eight-Tails.

Jiraiya and Tsunade were only slightly more powerful than Chunin at this point, but once a Summoning beast was summoned, ordinary Jōnin stood no chance against them.

The title of Sannin implied a recognition not only of the trio but also of their respective Summoning beasts.
