Ella noticed Luke's movement and immediately lifted her head, glaring at him. "What are you doing? Don't touch me!"

Ella scoffed. "Rest here? I wouldn't even know if I got eaten alive!"

Without giving him another glance, Ella turned and headed toward another staircase.
