In the past, David was a kind person, he used his own money to sponsor the education of many underprivileged children around the country. it wasn't surprising that he had given Nicholas a scholarship. But to her, Nicholas was undeserving, as much of a white eyed wolf like his sister.
"The world takes advantage of kind people, i hope that you keep that at the back of your mind David." Phoebe told him.
"Shortie, you should remember those words as well because you were recently kidnapped while trying to help a little boy."
It was one moment of weakness and it had served as a kind reminder to her, not that she was willing to admit it to him. She stretched her hand and picked the blue envelope that Evelyn had dropped by. Inside was an invitation to a private birthday dinner tomorrow evening.
"I had actually forgotten that tomorrow is her birthday, i have not bought her a gift. Any ideas Saxon?" Phoebe moved her mouth to one side as she thought.
