Chapter 16 Meeting Koneko

Rias was planning how to make Issei one of her Peerage member and talking with Sona in the council room

"Do you really want to do this Rias" asked Sona with a frown

Rias understood what Sona was asking about and answered "There's no other way, we have to let Issei die with the hands of fallen angel for me to make him into a devil"

Sona nodded "I know your disparate, but watch how you do thing's"

Rias nodded at her "Ok, don't worry"

Rias walked out of the council room and went to her club room to rest.

Has she opened the door she saw a boy with golden hair sitting in her seat,

Yes it was Asahi who came to visit her,

I saw Rias coming in and smiled "Did you miss me princess?"

Rias frowned because I called her princess but still answered in an annoying tone "No"

I said as i held my heart "You broke my heart Rias, I came to tell you how to kill Issei for you to use him but ho well see you later then" after that i tried to stand up

Rias face changed and gave a sweet smile "Yes, I missed you. Can you help me with this"

I sat back with a smile and tapped on my lap "Come here, let's talk"

She saw my gesture and got angry but still walked to me as she sat on my lap with a blush,

I held her waist with my right hand and said with a smile "I can tell someone to attack Issei this saturday so you can reincarnated him into a devil, what do you think".

I took Kuroka with me and came to the occult research club room.

Next to Akeno there was a girl with white hair with a small body about 12 or 13 years old, on the right side you can see a boy with short blond hair, blue eyes and a mole underneath his left eye.

They were Koneko and Yuuto Kiba

As i walked in Kuroka also walked bihind me and saw Koneko, Koneko stud up from her place while calling "Big sister"

Everyone in the room widened there eye's even Rias was shocked.

I gestured to Kuroka to calm down as she wanted to hug Koneko and sat on a sofa.

Kuroka was holding her skirt with tears in her eyes as she saw Koneko,

Rias looked at me and nodded.

I nodded my head at her and turned to Koneko

"So your Kuroka's little sister right"

Koneko shifter her gaze from Kuroka and glared at me with an angry but cute face "What did you do to my sister?"

I smiled at her "Well, I saved her. Simple right"

"I came today, just because Kuroka wanted to see and talk to you" after that i nodded at Kuroka

Kuroka looked at Koneko with tear in her eyes

"I am sorry shirone, I had to abandon you but I did that to protect you"

Koneko got angry "Protect me, You abandon me. Do you know how I felt, how scared i was being all alone"

Kuroka started to cry more covering her face,

But suddenly the entire building started to shake as all saw me with horror in there eyes

I said in a deep voice "If i see Kuroka cry again i will kill you even if your Kuroka's little sister, got it"

Kuroka held my head and shook her head

I calmed down and everything went to back to normal, I saw towards Koneko and called her near to me

all where shaking even Rias from my voice, Koneko hesitate but still came near me after Rias nodded her head

I help my index finger over her eyebrows and a golden light entered her mind with Kuroka's memory which she spent before she abandon her little sister

As moments passed Koneko eyes were filled with tears as she saw the memory fragments till she killer master

After some time Koneko saw Kuroka with a sad face and ran to her embrace "Why did you not tell me, how can you suffer all that for me"

Kuroka smiled and rubbed her head "If i tell you he would torture you too, how can I see my cute little sister be tortured"

Koneko started to cry out loud while hugging her.

After some time they both parted with happy smiles and I saw Rias plus her family members looking at me.

I smiled at Rias "Kuroka is part of my family and Koneko being her sister is also my family, She will stay with me from know on"

Rias frowned but i continued "Don't worry she is still part of your Peerage, I just want to give her a home where she belongs"

Rias face changed from frown to happiness

"Ok, I don't mind that. I also want her to have a home that she can go back too"

I smiled and looked at Koneko and opened my hands

Alot of golden light flashed and became ball, I gestured and the ball went inside Koneko.

Rias stup up and asked with a serious face "What did you do"

Ignoring Rias I looked at Koneko who had a question mark on her head, with a smile i said to her "I just created a sacred gear which matched your body called 'limiter', when fighting you can break the limit as you can power up to 10 times for now. practice well you can reach 50 times the power and when you reach the balance breaker it can double your power up to 100 times "

All widened there eye, Rias forgot the matter where she was ignored and asked with surprise

"Can you create a sacred gear from scratch?"

I just smiled and nodded "Well, I can"

As Kuroka held Koneko's hand with a happy face and walked out, I got up from the sofa and looked at Rias "This saturday, try to give Issei a token ok"

Rias nodded her head and i walked out, not before giving a wink to Akeno who blushed.
