THE LEGENDARY RANKING LIST OF THE CONJURER COURT

"Are you really going to become an apprentice conjurer again?" Raven asked me.

"I was already an apprentice conjurer to Conjurer Greenduff during my youth days although that was in the forests of Slowan village. My apprenticeship probably wasn't recognized anyway", I explained to them.

"Do you have to prepare for the audition?" Cassandra asked me.

"No, that is not necessary. As an Earl of the city, Master is entitled to become an apprentice conjurer by default", Meera told us.

"Then there is no need to go to the audition", Chash said to me.

"Actually, I want to go to the audition, as myself, not Oriese", I told them to their surprise.

"I want to check the level of my Legendary ranking. Only the Conjurer Court could do that", I told them.

"I don't mind checking my ranking too", Chash told us.

"Yes, I know I am at around Yellow tier legendary but that is only my guess", Cassandra said to us.

"Where are you all going?" Rinna asked us suddenly as she came to join us.

"We are talking about checking our Legendary ranking in the Conjurer Court", Ratatouille told her.

"I'll check my ranking too", Sara told us.

The Legendary Ranking List was a list managed by the Conjurer Court. Prospective conjurers who passed the Conjurer Court's test would be ranked accordingly and their names would be listed in the Legendary Ranking.

The Legendary Ranking was how we determined the ranks of legendary beings like the apostles or demons. We compare them to the apostles in the Legendary Ranking to guesstimate their ranks.

"Great, another family outing again", I said to them.

"What about me?" Raven asked us.

"You are not qualified for that, unfortunately", Ratatouille replied to him.

The Conjurer's Court stood as a self-contained city, intricately linked to Tarah city as an adjunct. 

Its architecture was a captivating blend of enchantment and enigma, showcased magical towers that spiraled in chaotic harmony, while the buildings boasted diverse shapes and forms.

Nestled at the heart of the Conjurer's Court was the Supreme Hall, the revered seat of the Supreme Conjurers. 

Despite the city's grandeur, the number of Supreme Conjurers within its confines was sparse. Many of these powerful individuals had departed, their wanderlust leading them to explore the wider world. 

Only a handful of successors remained, bearing the prestigious mantle of the Supreme Conjurers who now rules the Conjurer Court.

A vast courtyard stretched before the Supreme Hall, serving as the venue for a momentous event – the legendary ranking test. 

Beings of immense power from the Ten-Kingdoms converged here to undergo the rigorous examination. Success in this test meant inclusion in the official Legendary ranking, a coveted list that immortalized the names of those who proved their prowess.

Being in the ranking would elevate and immortalize the individuals who became Legendaries of the Ten-Kingdoms.

The first test of the Conjurer Ranking was the test of magic. Each participant must place their hands on an enormous crystal inside a large flowing fountain. As we place our hands on the crystal, water in the fountain will jet upwards, indicating the magical prowess of the tester.

Chash placed his hand on the magic crystal. Immediately, the crystal and the fountain were frozen by his magic but surprisingly, water still managed to jet into the sky.

The judges watched on in awe as they witnessed the birth of another potential legendary. With this amount of magic, it was almost certain that Chash would have a place in the Legendary ranking.

"Chash, Magical Tier- Saturn Level 9", the judge announced Chash's result.

Chash was ushered to another section of the test while Cassandra came forward to replace him.

Cassandra did as Chash although she didn't cause the fountain to freeze. The stream of water caused by her magic matched Chash's level to the surprise of the audience who came to witness the ranking test.

"Two Legendaries in a row, the ranking this year would be shaken by these new entrants", someone from the crowd whispered among themselves.

Becoming a Legendary ranked person was a great achievement in the Ten-Kingdoms. Usually only magical beings like the Apostles would obtain a rank here, or the geniuses among the aristocrats who has the resources to promote the growth of their magic.

Ordinary people usually have no chance of becoming legendaries.

"Cassandra, Magical Tier- Saturn Level 9", the judge announced Cassandra's result.

Then it was Meera's turn. She touched the magic crystal and as expected, a magical jet streamed upwards, reaching the levels of both Chash and Cassandra. But the jet stayed there for a few seconds before it burst upward a little more.

The judges discussed among themselves about Meera's magic before they made a decision.

"Meera, Magical Tier- Uranus Level 1" the judge announced to the hysteria of the crowd.

Uranus tier was an elusive magical tier that few people could reach in the Ten-Kingdoms, and it was obtained by Meera. Although all three of them, Chash, Cassandra and Meera became powerful because of their acceptance of the Immortal essences of the Anti-Saints, Meera had an advantage.

Meera was a Succubus Supreme who already possessed enormous magic. Gaining the Immortal essence elevated her magic beyond both Chash and Cassandra.

Then it was Sara's turn. Sara placed her hand on the magical crystal but there was no reaction initially. Sara recently obtained a living heart and became human because of her Immortal essence, so the device that tested her probably wasn't used to her constitution.

As the judge walked over to stop her test, the fountain jet again. The jet rose up into the sky and went beyond even Meera's record.

The entire testing ground was shocked by Sara's record. This was the strongest performance among new entrants for a very long time. However, her result was expected because besides obtaining the immortal essence, Sara also obtained the Temple of Magic, the origin of magic in the Ten-Kingdoms.

"Sara, Magical Tier- Uranus Level 3", the judge announced Sara's result.

The crowd rose up in an uproar.

"How is it possible to have three Legendaries appearing in the same test at the same time?" the crowd asked.

"For how many years did we not have powerful talents like these?" they asked among themselves.

Sara made a funny face to the crowd before she walked away, leaving me to take the test. 

The crowd was clearly excited by the turn of events.

"Will another Legendary appear before us?" they asked among themselves.
