THE DARK VORTEX OF THE DARK ANGEL

When daylight returns, it will become impossible for us to fly into the castle.

When we were about to reach Castle Delirium the lights came out again and the way ahead started to blur with clouds that started to form before us. The clouds were about to engulf us all.

"Damnit, clouds are coming again", I told them.

"Bang…Kaboom"

Suddenly, a loud explosion was heard, as our ship was jolted violently. Behind us, the Warlock was seen dashing toward us. The explosion was caused by a summoning from the Warlock of Delirium.

"Radiant Frog Controlling Sun"

Our ship suffered immense damage from the explosion that damaged its shields and armor. This spell was the strongest that Warlock summoned so far.

"Shields at 0%, armor integrity at 5%", Sara told us worriedly.

"Damnit, that warlock. Can't he just die", Chash cursed the warlock as he steered the ship toward the castle.

When we thought all was lost, suddenly the clouds cleared, and the view became clear again and we could see Castle Delirium.

"Full speed ahead", I told them as our ship dashed for the castle.

"What happened? Why did the clouds disappear?" Melroy asked us.

"It's the light or lack of it. The warlock's last jumping frog cast took away the light and returned us to Delirium night momentarily. The clouds of the day will need time to form again", I told them.

Warlock's spell also momentarily took the Day away.

By the time the clouds of the Delirium Day returned again, we were already inside Castle Delirium.

Sara's Hell Tank was badly damaged by the recent battle, so she had to retire for the moment. So, we stored the ship back into my Faberge ring.

"Whew, that was close", Melroy said to us about our close encounter with the warlock.

"We are not out of danger yet, the idiot is coming back", Sara informed us suddenly.

Although we reached Delirium castle, the Warlock of Delirium dashed into the castle with us.

Warlock of Delirium was caught up with the clouds of the Delirium day. He was not the match of the heavenly clouds that almost ripped him apart.

His only recourse was to escape into the castle.

"I'll kill you", the Warlock screamed at us with his clothing in tatters and his hair up in smokes.

"Zzzzzziiinngggg"

A powerful laser was fired from Melroy at the warlock, destroying his tattered clothing completely revealing his naked form although it did not harm him much.

"Oh goodness, this is not a scene for my wives to watch", Melroy said as he covered the eyes of his four wives.

Melroy's laser was extremely powerful for the magic of the Pallantium world, but it couldn't hurt the warlock, it could only destroy his clothing.

"The warlock is still too powerful for us", I told them.

"Then I weaken him a little more", Sara told us.

"Your magic can't hurt the Warlock", I told her my opinion.

Suddenly, a powerful gush of wind struck Warlock of Delirium. The force from the wind didn't hurt the warlock at all because it wasn't meant to.

But the force from the wind pushed warlock out of Castle Delirium.

"My magic doesn't have to hurt him. The clouds of Delirium Day will finish him", Sara replied to us.

Once out of the castle, the clouds of Delirium Day began attacking the warlock immediately. Although our magic wasn't strong enough to hurt the warlock much, the Delirium cloud could.

The warlock tried to escape back into the castle.

"Tornado Strike"

Before warlock could get back inside the castle, Sara's spell threw him further out again. Although she couldn't hurt the warlock, she could prevent him from getting inside the castle and that was enough to deal with him.

We watched in horror as Warlock of Delirium's body was being ripped apart by the vicious cloud of Delirium Day.

"We are lucky we are not the ones being caught outside the castle", Chash said to us.

The Warlock was weakened and seriously wounded but he had one last move, and he directed his move into the castle.

"Die all of you", he screamed as a Dark Vortex opened before him.

To our horror and shock, even the clouds of Delirium Day were sucked into the spiraling vortex before the warlock.

"What in hell is that?" Melroy asked.

"That is the Dark Vortex", I replied to him as I looked at my left palm.

I possessed a similar magic like the Dark Vortex that Warlock of Delirium summoned.

My Dark Vortex was a curse that eventually led to the Dark Angel inhabiting my soul. The Dark Vortex was extremely powerful and vicious because it could vanquish almost anything, almost everything.

"This is the Dark Vortex of the Dark Angel", Sasha told us.

"How can it be? The Dark Vortex belongs to master", Meera asked.

"Your Dark Vortex is only a curse that the Dark Bishops place on Dark Angel candidates. It initiates the progression into the resurrection of the Dark Angel but isn't the real Dark Vortex belonging to the Dark Angel. The Warlock of Delirium's Dark Vortex is the real one that he stole from the Dark Angel", Yasha told us.

"The Dark Vortex is one of the ingredients that completes the Sword of Malevolence, the Dark Angel's ultimate weapon", I told them.

Suddenly, the Dark Vortex of Warlock of Delirium took away all the clouds of Delirium Day. Its next victim was us in the castle.

Dark clouds emerged from the Dark Vortex as dark clouds formed like claws rushed out to grasp us from within the castle.

"Oh gosh, what are we going to do?" Melroy asked us worriedly.

"Summon your Malevolence to capture the Dark Vortex, master", Meera advised me.

The Dark Vortex of the warlord was beyond our magic to tame. Only the magic of the Dark Angel could stop the Dark Vortex.

However, I was reluctant to use the Dark Angel's magic. I don't want the Dark Angel to reclaim this essential ingredient that would enable his resurrection.

There was a chance if the Dark Angel was resurrected, that would be the end of me.
