As Zed climbed up the stage, he noticed Rudolph's stern face. The stage was not that large, and once Zed stepped onto it, Rudolph casually crumpled the list paper and tossed it aside.
"Alright, the rest of you, go to the other places and try your luck!"
Zed turned his head and saw the crowd gradually melted away. Some seemed more nervous, while others hung their heads in disappointment. But most of them seemed to breathe a sigh of relief.
Apart from Zed, there were five other people standing on the stage, including the chad Asso.
Rudolph maintained his straight face, as if he didn't recognize Zed at all. He slowly walked back and forth in front of the group. What funny was tha when he reached Zed, he even circled around him silently, as if seeking revenge for the earlier scrutiny Zed had subjected his head to.
