Second disaster

The banquet had long gone cold filled with heavy air of awkwardness and fear. There were also some who was purely enjoying the moment of others plight as a source of entertainment.

Soon they need not find who the screaming person was as the person herself had appeared in a very spectacular way. Many sighed in their heart and wished luck to huajin for the disaster that was now set to be rained upon them.

Appearing disheveled from the tugging and probably fighting with the servants, clothes stained wet from the wine, the entire person smelled as if having drowned in wine pool and with an empty gold tripod jug in her hand. The person was none other than Princess Leiran who was ordered to be under house arrest.

The maid servants who had tried their best to stop the drunk princess all the way were now trembling and on their knees with their head touched on grounds. They dare not face the emperor or any other person in fear of immediate execution.

Emperor cursed himself for not having this source of trouble uprooted while Shiyou wanted to run and strangle this ugly and pathetic sister of his. Empress was in shock and once again turned to a dumb person but she was quick to react this time immediately kneeling infront of her husband.

"Emperor...Ran'er is confused from the wine...it's the fault of the servants for not being attentive enough and even encouraging her to be in such state...emperor this is a malicious scheme of someone...please emperor give justice to Ran'er by finding the person behind." begs the empress on her with tears on her eyes.

Unknown to fact that she was making the matter worse. The lively banquet had turned to a laughing matter for years to gossip. Emperor himself was struggling to push the blood down his throat that was threatening to come spill out from his mouth.

He didn't want to look up just to see the mocking gaze of all the envoys not to mention the angry Yusheng. But no matter how he felt as the host he had to ease the situation thus with great difficulty he was about to apologize when he was interrupted.

Princess Leiran who was drunk to her head seeing things in two and threes walked ahead in zig zag motion like a snake. The people couldn't help but had their lips twitch from her funny walk.

She stopped right beside her brother and opposite to Pei Jin. Hicupping she speaks in slurred voice "muhou...how come you are two and Fuhuang is three...haha...so many..." then with a sudden change like a scolded child with tears in her eyes she continues "Fuhuang..do you not love Ran'er anymore...why did you imprison Ran'er?...muhou...Fuhuang doesn't love and favor Ran'er anymore...tell Fuhuang to love Ran'er like before.."

Leiran starts to wail very loudly looking like a spoiled child than a pitiful lady. Empress as a mother felt heartache for her troubled child but at the moment she absolutely cannot leave to console her child. She even felt she could use Ran'er being sad as a reason. But unfortunate for her that her daughter was going to sing a dangerous tune.

Leiran after wailing for some moment looks for her brother to complain more but her eyes land at the nearby seated Yusheng and all her hatred erupted. The pain and humiliation she felt danced around in her eyes and the hatred kept multiplying and with loud voice she screams while pointing her finger.

"You...venomous women...how dare you enter the palace...even daring to sit above and looking down on this princess... this is huajin not your pathetic Nanling where you are all high and mighty...you are nothing in huajin...come down this instant and grovel before this princess if you want live else this princess will have you on the chopping block.."

This time not only one but all the envoy from Nanling, servants from medicine valley and the emperor shouted "impudent" while empress shouts "Ran'er shut up...you are not of right mind...hurry go to your palace...muhou will send for a physician"

All the envoy from Nanling were standing with dark faces and seething with anger wanting to rush and kill this stupid women. Emperor closes his eyes to hide the hatred towards his daughter and wife. It was impossible for him to turn the table now. He was now deciding what things and conditions should he compromise as the apology.

Leiran hearing her mother shout at her became more stubborn and angry "muhou...you too...now even you don't love Ran'er?..." then she turns to look at Yusheng who was still seating "it's you...all because of you...this princess will kill you...you who...ahhh" before she could complete the word whore and throw the gold tripod at Yusheng she was kicked by Pei Jin right in her chest.
