Rewards and punishment

General thanks and praises Yusheng then takes out the edict which he was very eager to read out loud.

This edict is for crown prince Xu Shiyou he says out loud which results to all the envoys from huajin kneel in row with Shiyou ahead.

"Zhen..is dissapointed from crown prince as being unable to do a good job as the head of representative and brother leading to such disgusting event.. Shiyou felt as having slapped on the crowd when hearing the edict but still kept his calm and received the edict not forgetting to thank his father. He could feel the hidden smugness of Cheng Pu along with his brother and sister at his plight. But as of current he could only lower his head and accept the situation calmly.

For able to maintain face of the royal family along with request from the esteem lord to be rewarded Zhen with happy heart decided along with the courtiers that... eldest prince Xu Xiuzhi is to be promoted to the first rank prince Qinwang.. his title name would be Jun..he is to receive his qinwang attire after his return..his rewards, residence and everything else will be maintained as per his new status.. Qinwang Jun will be hosting the upcoming countries meet with support from crown prince..Zhen expects Qinwang to grow and shine further in future" Xiuzhi with trembling hands and excited voice receives the decree and thanks the emperor.

The last edict is for third princess Xu Jidan says generally equally proud and happy for his niece.

"Zhen's heart was soothed when learning princess Jidan was well behaved saving the face of all the royal princesses unlike her sister.. Zhen is proud to know she had kept all the teachings in her heart and mind resulting to gain praises from esteem lord.. Princess royal Juan will be responsible for other remaining princesses education progress.. Zhen expects for Princess royal to impart knowledge in strict manner to remaining princesses... Zhen hopes with princess royal teachings remaining princess shall also behave well mannered befitting of their status"

Xu Jidan quickly wipes the tears with her sleeve and receives the edict and thanks the emperor. With all the edicts read out loud everyone stood and went back to their seats. Congratulations and words of encouragement were given by all.

Shiyou at the moment wanted to rush out and kill his sister for the shame he received. Though his face as calm and normal under the table his grip had tightened till his fist were white from anger.
