Birthday banquet

Yusheng woke up as usual but today there was hustling and bustling of people.

Miss how was your sleep? I have prepared water for you to wash- zhu mama entered with basin of warm water, mint paste, and warm towel. Placing the things on top of three connected drawers she ushered towards Yusheng.

Mama what's today. Seems like people are walking here and there?

Gently rubbing the lavender balm on her palms then slowly moisturizing yushengs face,hands and feet's. Zhu mama cupped yushengs small baby face and with a warm smile affectionately said "oh missy how come you forget?

Today is your birthday.. you are four years old now. Everybody is preparing for your birthday banquet at evening."

Oh ! Placing her small lotus roots like hands on her forehead ...Yusheng implied she really did forget her birthday.

This gesture made her so lovely that zhu mama's smile stretched to her ears. Though child Yusheng being an old soul never behaved of her current age.

Everybody is very excited for today's banquet, all the disciples are very eager to see you. Third elder was walking like he had spring on his feet and boasting how his gift was the best.

I also heard that disciples have prepared suprise for you.....giddily gushed out zhu mama. Warmth flowed inside Yusheng, though past suffering at this moment she from her heart thanked god for the blessing and second chance on life.

After dressing up she is again ushered to dining hall where elders were present. As soon as she entered all the elders stood in a line then together they knowtowed "morning master, wish you a long life like Mt yan and smooth like lulu river"

After the wishes, Yusheng had a hearty breakfast and afterwards once again reminded her tonight there was a banquet so she would need to cut off her evening training.

Everyone ran like rabbits for preparation while Yusheng went towards forest for her morning training.

After sweating till drenched she returned back and entered the bath where her personal maidservants were waiting in line.

With mama's strict and thorough training the young children had progressed a lot, though not having reached at the levels still can be compared to any of ladies of noble houses.

Xiaoqing gently opened the room for master to enter while yufei and yuxi seemed to have finished the preparation for medicinal bath. Jinru and shishi laid the cloths, shoes, and towels behind the embroided screen chest.

After her medicine bath she summoned xiaoqing to help her with regular bath. Xiaoqing started her bath Yusheng gently, afterwards dressed her up and together they returned to her room where they will begin to prepare her for the banquet.

All other maids were already inside her room with things prepared on trays.

Today Yusheng was dressed in white as usual, her cloth pure Snow White people with good eye would drool to see the dress made from tian yun brocade.

Her hair was bunned and a simple looking wood clip was inserted, but wise ones heart would tremble if they were to see that this simple looking wood was green fairy wood rarest wood, whose color was light green giving smell of fresh mourning dew.

She had only a purple jade necklace on her neck which was passed down to each master of every generation, in her waist was hanging another jade with her name engraved made by her parent's.

Today she also wore the bracelet worn by her mother.

Basically Yusheng was living a life of luxury and riches, her clothes and shoes were all made from tian yun brocade, even her inner garments were made from shun brocade.

After being dolled up all her maid servants were in awe, at how beautiful she looked. Everyone knew Yusheng once grown to adult will definitely be the most beautiful women in the world.

Zhu mama who came to receive Yusheng also felt awe but quickly calmed herself and ushered her to the training area where the banquet will be held.

Yusheng was suprised as how the entire area had changed, big canopy was erected, rows and rows of tables with cutleries, warm braziers lined in rows, white carpet rolled in middle beginning from high platform till the exit of canopy.

Rows of flower pots lined on each side of carpet, soft cushions from furs on chairs while red shun brocade for table clothes.

On the platform where she and elders were to be seated was a arhat bed with white cushion, a small table in between, below was foot rest which was on top of plush pale blue carpet, other tables placed beside arhat bed had peacock silk draped over as table clothes. It was a feast of eyes with all the colors and settings.
