All the envoys had returned back to their temporary residence. Many had fallen asleep but some were wide awake like Yusheng's entrouge.

All of them were currently in the receiving hall of Yusheng's residence with wine cups in their hand. They were celebrating their first victory over the haughty and scheming huajin. Pei Zhang was soon driven off as he was drunk and like a boneless piece of meat.

Qingfeng smirks and says in a teasing tone "well played...a single spark started a prairie fire...even I was nearly fooled... have to say you were not fully honest with us...if not for having quick reaction in connecting the dots...dear friend the event could have been bloody.."

Before the couple Chen Yi speaks "indeed...you both were too naughty..you never mentioned about this plan of yours...you said that you were just going to tease them a little...next time do share all of your plans so we can be prepared...this kind of shocking suprises are not good for our health.."

Pei Jin looks at his nagging uncle then at his smug friend. Pei Zhang reactions was like they both had expected but Qingfeng's timely co operation was a suprise and bonus. Thus Pei Jin spats out the word "when did you learn that it was a plan?"

Qingfeng looking more smug replies "Oh...right after I heard the shouting from outside...and from the reaction of very calm faced sister in law.. if not for the plan I doubt she would be that calm..and not killing and punishing people left and right.."

Yusheng looks at the smug general and the nagging uncle and answers "we wanted for all of your reactions to be normal to fool the enemies...if you had been informed of the matter your reactions would have been stiff...do not worry as from this point on all the plans will be discussed.."

Qingfeng teases them again "if we are to talk about reactions then the best actor and actress for today definitely you both...learned a few things...oh...uncle you were also best..ah...as for Zhang'er he is a natural.."

Both couple turns deaf ears to him while it was Chen Yi who laughs remembering the event "have to say Zhang'er was really mad..in fit of his anger he even nearly teared of my mask..this is why you shouldn't withhold information.."

Yusheng also chuckles remembering Pei Zhang who was near to breathing fire and yet at the same time innocent while Pei Jin scrunches his face remembering how foolish his brother was.

Qingfeng adds on humor while laughing louder "haha...he even asked what was wrong with uncles eyes...i was hurting all over from forcing my laugh down in the belly...and that helpless expression of uncle...hahaha...have to say you were blinking too fast for people to misunderstand...hahaha.."

Chen Yi becomes red from shame and chides Qingfeng as if trying to save his dignity "still I was much better...you looked as if having urgent need of bathroom..with blood red face and veins protruding all over at that time...also the first time when you spoke it looked more like flirting than threatening.."

Qingfeng who was laughing till tears in his eyes zips his mouth from chiding and start to fawns "dear uncle...I was not teasing you...it's just the reaction of Pei zhang that is making me laugh...you acted very well..ah..which reminds me when did you guess that it was a plan.."

Chen Yi feels much better than feeling a bit proud he answers " very early...after Sheng'er pointed to empress behaviour she looked to Jin'er then subtly nodded her head...after that there were several times when both were hinting each other with their eyes.."

Qingfeng praise the uncle high to sky for being such attentive and clever even going as far to claim that it was him and not Pei Jin who was the best actor of today.

Chen Yi feels helpless but his own curiosity scratching his heart for a long time now look at the couple who were indeed masters at acting then asks "everything aside...how were you able to lure that princess there...not to forget the perfect timing.."
