Arrival

The entire capital was bustling with energy, decorated beautifully for today was the birthday of the holy one. The streets for the carriage was secured with guards as envoys and important people from around the world were passing through it to attend the banquet.

Commoners and street vendors were watching in awe as they saw exquisite carriages drived through the road. Houses for these envoys had all been prepared.

Soon the envoys after taking rest and preparing once again left towards the banquet hall in palace. All the envoys were led through the special door without having to wait for a long time.

Soon the big and grand hall was filling up with people. Almost all the envoys along with nobles and royals had arrived. With emperor and the empress at the top.

The envoys were puzzled about the empty seat right beside the emperor equally grand and exquisite. Only a few among them knew that it was for Yusheng as they had heard from their informers. They were curious as though hearing it would be the first time they would be seeing her.

Among this lot was also the person for whom Yusheng and pei jin were waiting and also the one who they weren't expecting for. Everyone now seated were waiting for the emperor's speech to open the banquet.

Soon the eunuch on the doors in a high pitch voice announces " Esteemed lord of the valley and elders of medicine valley". The entire banquet was now silent. With the few beside all the rest of envoys and the sects were shocked upon hearing that Lord of the valley herself had come to this banquet.

Light steps were heard and dressed magnificently grandly enters Yusheng and her entrouge. Heavens was all they said thoroughly appreciating her beauty and her aura.

Doned in full white, robes and cloak made of tian shun brocade embroided with gold threads with Jade Emperor above clouds pattern and East Sea pearls, ankle shoes made of heavenly silk with patterns of clouds. From the middle of skirt was a long cloth with palm size width made of purest gold silk hanging till the edge.

Her wide sleeves fluttered as she passed by each person who was giving her formal bow which made them feel as if the person was not walking on ground but rather on air.

Her beauty so mesmerizing that every single person felt as if the goddess herself was among them. Reaching her seat she gave a nod to the royal couples and together they sat.
