Chapter 192 : Losing my touch.

Nectar swatted the water away from her face, twitching in anger as she spoke mockingly " What the fuck is interesting "? Trewa had to admit that she was shocked, no one had ever seen through her so quickly.

Nectar suddenly looked around, " My head is not up for rent, get out ". Trewa suddenly felt nervous as she finally took a human form and held out her hands, " Let's not be hasty ".

Nectar had to admit, the person in front of her was beautiful. She had long blue hair, deep blue eyes and seemed to be wearing a dress made of seafoam. She squinted her eyes, trying to recognize her and suddenly gasped " Trewa "!?

She put a hand to her cheek and sighed, " Oh dear. How did you recognize me so quickly? You're really no fun ". Nectar felt even more stressed out as she looked her up and down, " Are you gonna explain what's going on? Or should I just wake up "?

Howard suddenly pulled at her hand, " Don't leave me again ". She suddenly frowned, looking at Trewa " I understand that I'm traumatized by the death of my son, but don't you think this is a little low "?

Trewa laughed nervously, " When you put it like that....but honestly, I just wanted to do something nice ". Nectar rolled her eyes angrily, " Then steal my body or something "? Trewa's mouth suddenly fell and Nectar yelled, " I was right. I can't believe you'd do that ".

She suddenly took a deep breath and shook her head, " You know what? I already have enough on my plate, I'm not dealing with a manipulative goddess right now ". Trewa smiled stiffly, " You sure? Why not stay here with Howard and I "?

Nectar made a slightly disgusted face, " If I really wanted to torture myself, I'd just let my demons out ". Trewa clapped her hands, " That reminds me, how and where exactly did you lock them up "?

She groaned, throwing her hands in the air as she began walking in the opposite direction " Unbelievable "! Trewa tried running after her but found she couldn't move, " Don't go yet. We can sort this out ". Nectar turned to her sharply and glared, " Shut up "!

Trewa sighed as Nectar walked off into the distance and disappeared. She looked down at Howard and smiled, " Was she always so high strung "? The boy sighed with a slight smile on his lips, " Well, in mother's defense. You did try to use me to steal her body ".

Trewa rolled her eyes, " Yeah yeah ". She looked down at him with raised eyebrows, " Aren't you a little too free willed to be a memory ". The boy shrugged, dissolving back into the water " That's your problem. My mother loves me so much, she can tell ".

Left by herself and unable to move from the spot she was in, she threw her head back and grumbled to herself " I used to be so good at this. I'm losing my touch for these things ".

Eros was surprised by what he saw. He knew the two were close but for some reason, he didn't like the way Liam held her so close. In fact, the man was staring daggers at him and seemed to be blocking his entrance into the room.

He sighed as he held out his left palm to show he had no ill intentions, " Are you going to let me in or not "? Liam looked him up and down, then sighed as he walked away [ Shameless idiot ] " If I must ".

Eros had never taken the time to think about Liam. All he did was hover around Nectar, the only reason he didn't try and get rid of him was because he was the only one she listened to and he had a feeling her revenge wouldn't be taken lightly.

" Is there a specific reason you're here your majesty "? Eros coughed lightly as he shook his head, " I was simply worried about her ". He suddenly frowned to himself as he realized what he said [ Why am I the one explaining myself? I'm the husband ]

Liam nodded slowly, " Of course you were. But as you can clearly see, she's fine " [ Her temperatures going back to normal ] Eros suddenly looked around the lounge area and squinted, " Are those footprints on the ceiling "?

Liam looked up as well and sighed, " Must have been when they were still wearing their shoes. I apologize ". Eros took a guess and realized they were talking about the kids, " Are you planning on keeping them around much longer "?

He suddenly frowned, " That depends on a lot of things but I doubt that would ever happen ". Eros shrugged lightly, " No need to be so on edge Soul. It is a possibility ". Liam suddenly smiled, " You don't want to know what could be possible if that became a possibility ".

Eros scoffed, " Is that a threat "? Liam shrugged, his expression as blank as ever " Does it really matter "? The two suddenly started staring at each other, thinking the same thing [ He's so annoying ]
