Bonsi was looking forward to whatever Nectar had in mind [ It sounds delicious ] She popped a grape into her mouth and Axis suddenly spoke to her, " Why didn't you tell me you missed fruit so much "?

She shook her head as she took another one, " It's not like it would have made a difference, plus the grain we already have is good enough ". She sucked her fingers lightly [ Tastes so good ] and he went on, " Do you have a favorite fruit then "?

Bonsi glanced at him, picking a blueberry and putting it in his face with a smile " Berries, every single kind ". He laughed as she put it in her mouth, " Okay, but why berries "? She glanced at him, " They're small so I can sneak them around. They're also the right amount of messy ".

She held out the fingers which now had a blue tint to it, " Plus, they make awesome wine ". Axis laughed as he put her hand down, " Alright berry lover. I'll see what I can do when we get back ".

She smiled, picking another blueberry " Yay, I'll even make you some wine out of the first batch ". Axis smiled [ I've never seen her like this ] " I'm looking forward to it then ". She smiled slightly and he could see her blue teeth [ A very cute look on her ]

Alice had lost her appetite a long time ago. The happy atmosphere round the table just reminded her of how good her sister was, successfully putting everyone at ease. Plus, Nectar was giving her more than a bad feeling.

It was like she had a target on her back and Nectar would eventually get a bullseye, sooner or later. Though she had no qualms with Nectar, she had something Eros wanted and helping Eros would secure her future position over her sister [ Be patient Alice. You've waited twelve years, you can wait a little longer ]

The meal was progressing slowly and was almost at its end. Nectar drew an imaginary circle on the table as the smell of desserts flooded her senses [ How could Liam not let me have desserts? ]

Axis wasn't being mature about it either as he spoke loud enough for her to hear him, " This cake tastes delicious Lady Athena ". She squeezed the table cloth tightly [ Bear it ]

She was surprised when Kancor offered her a piece of chocolate, " I thought you liked sweets OB ". She bit her lower lip and nodded, " I do ". She ended up taking it from him [ Liam doesn't have to know about this ] and was about to put it in her mouth when Axis suddenly spoke up, " I wonder where General Soul's sitting "?

She slammed the table and looked at him, " You really are a demon ". He chuckled as he took a slow bite of his cupcake, " And you seem bitter, a cupcake would fix that ". Bonsi laughed nervously, " Enough you two ".

Nectar had her chin in her palm which was resting on the table and drew an imaginary circle on the table [ How do I even break his curse? Who even put it on him? And Nisrag's second envoy, didn't they have something to do with Luscious death? ]

She sighed to herself as she looked around the table, even making eye contact with Alice. She felt angry for some reason and nearly groaned. Instead, she smiled slightly and looked away [ I'll think about that later ]

What she didn't know was that she'd succeeded in scaring Alice. In fact, she was shivering [ What the heck was that? ] She glanced at Nectar again and she seemed back to normal, talking with Kancor.

[ I have to ruin this somehow ] And she suddenly brightened up. She raised her voice slightly so everyone could hear her as she smiled and turned to Nectar, " If I may be so bold, your majesty....What spectacular present have you prepared for his majesty, the emperor. My sister here wouldn't stop talking about it earlier "?

Athena was the first to panic [ Snitch! ] and Nectar smiled calmly, nearly bending the silver spoon in her hand " You are so bold ". Eros shrugged it off, looking at her curiously " I can't believe I forgot about that. What is it Nectar "?

Eros shoot his head, still curious " Nonsense. Just knowing you put any thought into it is good enough for me ". Nectar nodded, slightly confused [ Is he saying I'm thoughtless? ] " Thank you "?

She beckoned to Liam who also stood up and she smiled slightly, " I'll be right back ". She glanced at Alice as she passed [ I'll deal with you later ] and again Alice felt scared [ Me and my big mouth ]
