Chapter 145 : Don't make me worry?

Luscious was on high alert as he felt an energy displacement around him. Then he saw Nectar stick out her long fair hands out of her original carriage. Looking back, he saw Rampage had no rider and looked forward again " What's going on "?

Axis glanced at Luscious with a slight frown on his face from the earlier teasing " What "? Luscious looked up ahead and Nectar smiled at them, " Didn't she ride past us "?

Rick nodded, looking behind him and saw Rampage approaching them, " Extraordinary ". He looked at the Sephoc who gracefully passed them by, " Is it really safe to leave that thing unsupervised? Heck, is it a good idea to leave it alive "?

Luscious frowned slightly, " You could kill it. But I'm sure she'd kill you too ". Rick raised an eyebrow, " She wouldn't risk the loss of her position for an animal ". Axis suddenly chuckled, " Feel free to try your luck ". Luscious smiled slightly as he remembered the night in the bar, " Don't mess with her, simple ".

Athena sighed as she leaned against the wall of the carriage, " Why didn't I go with Sister? I'm just realizing how boring this is ". Athena's eyes followed the stone paved trail as she talked to herself.

" Why did I hate Nectar so much "? No matter how hard she thought about it, she couldn't figure it out. Sure she was upset about not having Eros to herself " When did I become so hung up on becoming empress though "?

She had no clue and she'd changed, that much she knew. " Maybe the royal life really did change me ". Athena pouted slightly as she tilted her head upwards and began to count the clouds, " Maybe I should be like her for a while and just have some fun ".

Melanie jumped on Nectar almost immediately after she appeared in the carriage, " I was so scared. I thought we lost you ". Nectar laughed, removing a tear at the corner of her eye " I found my way back, didn't I "?

Melanie nodded and calmed down, " You're right. I didn't mean to startle you ". Nectar nodded, " No problem, but you should probably get back to Nicole, she's staring me daggers ".

Melanie nodded and Nectar scratched her head lightly as she looked at the lotus in her hand [ At least I have a part of plan B for now, let's just hope it won't be necessary ] She was startled by a sudden shadow and received a knock to the head.

" I told you to behave ". Nectar yelped and held her head, " I know I deserved that but did you really have to ". Liam rolled his eyes, " You make me worry about you so much ". Nectar sighed, " No I don't ".

Liam looked down at her disapprovingly and she nervously made an imaginary circle on her shoulder, " How did you even get in though "? Liam coughed slightly and turned his back on her, " Your not the only one that can jump windows ".

Nectar clenched her fist tightly and smiled mischievously as she took a step closer to his frame and raised her fist, " You're right. But do you know what means "? Liam realized what she meant to late as her fist made contact with his head, " You get a knock as well ".

Nova panted heavily as she tried to get out of Dimitri's arm lock, " Let go of me ". Dimitri breathing was slightly heavy, " Promise you won't try to kill me "? Nova frowned as she shook her head and tried to get out of his grip, " I'm the crown princess of The Actso Isles. Let me go this instant "!

Dimitri rolled his eyes, " And yet somehow, I've managed to pin you down ". Nova growled as she put her head up and tried to bite his chin. Dimitri managed to sit up despite all her struggling. She suddenly went silent and still then moved again.

Nova blinked a few times as she looked around, " Where am I? What are you doing "? Dimitri raised an eyebrow suspiciously [ She sounds so gentle and confused....Is that even possible? ]

Dimitri slowly let her go and helped her up to her feet. Nova looked around the carriage with so much wonder it made Dimitri cringe, " You have a nice place here ". She looked at him and smiled as she sprung to her feet, " You have amazing hair, can I touch it "?

Dimitri took a step back and gulped [ Is something wrong with her head? Is this my fault? Am I going to lose my head? ] and held his neck as if trying to make sure it was still intact. Nova leaned in closer, " Are you alright mister "? Dimitri sighed as he shook his head and murmured under his breath, " No one will notice, right "?
