Chapter 127 : All he talks about.

Archie smiled as he looked out the window, " Good morning Sister Qidu. I see Uncle Lu delivered my message ". Nectar nodded seriously, " Definitely, and here I am ". Archie disappeared into the carriage leaving her with Axis.

" Morning my empress ", Nectar sighed, " Still doing the titles thing "? Axis nodded, " I feel it's for the best and I've got a bone to pick with you ". Nectar smiled innocently, " Lil ol' me "? Axis made a slightly disgusted face, " Please speak normally ".

Nectar laughed, " I wish Bonsi could see you're face now. I should teach her ". Axis frowned, " You've taken my son from me, my wife is definitely off limits ". Nectar's smile didn't let up as she glanced at the carriage, " Archie has wonderful taste and I'm sure he gets it from his mother ".

Axis was obviously confused but Nectar wiggled her brows mischievously as Archie handed her the stone they'd given him earlier, " I don't know what that meant but I'm serious. Stay away from Bonsi ".

Nectar pouted as she began cutting into the stone, " Now I just have to make Bonsi love me ". Axis had no idea why but he suddenly really wanted to beat this woman up. She'd done nothing except hope to spend time with his wife but that didn't seem to sit well with him, " Why don't you listen "!?

Nectar focused on the stone as she spoke in a matter-of-fact tone," Because people like you keep trying to tell me what to do ". Axis blinked a few times as if what she'd just said sank in and sighed, " Anyway, what sort of spell have you put on my son? He talks about you more than he does Luscious now ".

Nectar put one hand to her cheek as if blushing, " How am I to know? I'm just so amazing, I'd be surprised if he didn't ". Axis looked her up and down, his face slightly twitching " You're the opposite of modesty ". Nectar smiled, " Thank you, I try ".

Axis sighed, suddenly finding her amusing as she smiled satisfactory to herself as the water disappeared and she turned the ornament in her hand. Axis couldn't see it clearly but Archie seemed really excited about it.

She leaned towards him and put it on his ear, " My detail is a little sloppy, that's your Father's fault but it's seems alright ". Archie nodded and excitedly gave her a thumbs up, " It's literally super cool. Thank you sister Qidu "!

Nectar smiled to herself as if she'd done her good deed for the day and rubbed Rampage's neck, " My lil prince is so cute ". She rode forward happily leaving Axis behind.

Luscious sighed as he turned the contraption in his hands, " I can't believe I'm stuck with this ". But then again, he didn't mind it. The detail on the scales was surprising [ I would have thought this was real if it didn't look like this ]

" Are you criticizing my work Luscious "? Luscious nearly jumped as he looked at Nectar, " Not really. You're back so soon though ". Nectar tilted her head to the side, " So you were hoping I wouldn't come back "?

Luscious felt his brain succumb to the confusion, " Did I say that "? Nectar only laughed, " You look really cute when your confused ". Luscious blinked a few more times, " That was unnecessary " and Nectar shrugged, " I find getting on your nerves interesting ".

[ What do I see in this woman? ] but Nectar simply collected the navy blue mana stone from the carriage and looked at Luscious, " Tell me, what does your sister like "? Luscious shrugged, " Fish and naps ". Nectar looked at him, obviously expecting him to say more but he didn't.

" Don't give me that look, that's all she does ", Nectar smirked to herself and nodded, " Alright, were does she like to nap the most "? Luscious shrugged, " Trees, grass. Anything green actually ".

Nectar nodded and again enveloped the stone in water, ignoring Luscious again and looked forward. Luscious racked his brain for any sort of conversation starters he could think of but nothing came to mind [ Don't fail me now brain ]

Nectar suddenly glanced at him, " Tell me about you Luscious ". Luscious blinked a few times " What "? while Nectar shrugged, " What's it like to be you "? Luscious laughed nervously, " I'm nothing interesting actually ". Nectar smiled slightly, " I really don't care, I just want to hear about you ".
