They hurried to the entrance to welcome her and, upon seeing their daughter truly standing before them, were so overcome with emotion that they shed tears.

If something truly had happened to you, we wouldn't have known peace for the rest of our lives," Madam Su sobbed, as she broke down first, while Master Su stood by, his eyes reddening with tears as well.

"Father and Mother, please don't cry, I am well, and you should be happy instead. Why are you crying? I have been unfilial and caused you to worry," Su Wenyue said, her own eyes growing moist upon seeing her parents like this.
