"Y-y-you!"

Alex simply sat there and smiled. He could tell that she liked him; however, he didn't want to take anything too far. The main reason for this was because he didn't want to get into another relationship while still in the one he was in. Even though she had cheated on him, he refused to stoop down to her level. So, he plans on waiting until he has broken up with her. Although, in the moment, he just couldn't control himself. While Mia wanted to say something to Alex, she was unable to as the auction began. The auction host was a beautiful woman with red hair and the same color eyes. Her body was curvy in all the right places, and whenever she walked, her chest would rise up and down. She smiled at everyone and said with a seductive smile,

"Hey, everyone! I want to welcome you all to the Thai Dimensional Auction! Although this will be the first of its kind, at least for some of you. Now let's start off this auction with a bang! We have a beautiful set of equipment. This equipment is of the Epic grade and even has a set bonus that I will let you see for yourself."

While it did intrigue Alex, he didn't even look at the set bonus. He knew that it would be a waste of funds, and he would rather spend his money to make his foundation more sturdy. This continued for a whole hour, with a variety of items from Shimmering Silver to Legendary.

That's when something stirred inside him. It was a mere broken blade, yet it intrigued him. He activated his Seeker Eyes and stared in shock at the sight in front of him. The sword seemed to be absorbing the Karma around it. He had never heard or seen anything like it. That's when the auctioneer explained the item.

"Up next, we have a very special item! It's a sword that was found in the ruins of a fallen and forgotten empire! The even best part, we have no idea what it is! So this item is for all those collectors and truth-seekers! The bidding will start at 200,000 gold and a minimum increase of a thousand gold."

"203,000!"

"210,000!"

….

.....

"320,000!"

"I hear 320,000! Do I hear any higher!?"

""…""

"Going once!"

"Goi—-"

"325,000!"

"Oho! I hear 325,000! Do I hear any higher!"

""…""

"Going once!"

""…""

"Going twice!"

""…""

"Going three times! Sold to bidder number 381!"

Alex smiled at the auctioneer's voice announcing his ownership of the item. He waited a few minutes, ignoring the rest of the items that came. After a few minutes, a man in a suit delivered the item and accepted the payment. Once the man left, Alex used his skill to get a description of the item. A wide smile appeared on Alex's face when he saw the item's description.

[Sword of the Ancient

Rank: ???

A sword that was once used by a forgotten empire's protector. It has been used to slay gods and devils. Although it's been with this protector for a long time, it was lost in a battle against a dragon. This has led to the downfall of the forgotten empire. It still awaits for its master to return to it, and wield it one more time.

This item can be used to learn an exclusive class to add to your class.]

Alex had found a class change item, moreover, it was for an exclusive class! An exclusive class was something fully unique to the owner! He planned on using it after the auction was over; however, he might have to postpone it. He knew most class additions require a quest to be completed. So he might have to wait a little to prepare for the quest and also finish his business in Purgatory.

While he was staring at the item in wonder, Mia was watching him with a weird look. She wanted to know what kind of item could make him behave like that. She noticed his attention was brought in by an item the auctioneer was introducing.

"Up next, we have a guild's dream! This item is a guild building promotion order! As we all know, a guild building constructed will have no rank! However, with this item, you can promote a guild building to the next rank, up to Light Gold! The bidding will be a bit special, and we will only accept Magic Crystals for this item. The bidding will start at 200,000! With a minimum increase of 5,000!"

"205,000!"

"215,000!"

"235,000!"

....

...

While the bidding got fiercer, Alex decided on a limit on how much he would be willing to spend on this item. Once he had that number, he began his bidding. While this bidding continued, he eventually conceded once the amount reached 400,000 magic crystals. Although the item was good for developing a guild, Alex already knew where to find one. It seemed like they were getting into the main part of this auction. The next item was just as useful to a guild, and was something he desperately needed.

"The next item for all auctions is something similar to the last item! That's right! It's a Shop promotion order. It does the same thing as the guild building promotion order, however, it does it to a shop! The bidding will start at 200,000 Magic Crystals! With a minimum increase of 5,000!"

Alex knew he had to get this. A shop was something vital to his plans, and he wasn't strong enough to get the order he knew of. While he was thinking about the item's importance, it had already reached 250,000. So Alex, not trying to play any games, called out a bid with an increase of 100,000.

"350,000!"

""…""

"I hear 350,000! Do I hear any higher! Going once!"

"360,000!"

"370,000!"

"380,000!"

"390,000!"

"400,000!"

"405,000!"

"425,000!!"

""…""

"425,000 going once! Going twice! Going three times and sold to bidder number 381!"

Alex smiled and thought about where he should use it. While he didn't have a shop just yet, he didn't believe it would be long before he could get one. If he remembered correctly, his guild should be able to already buy a plot of land inside the city. While he was joyful about the purchase, the next item made him motionless from shock. The item was something so valuable he didn't know why they were auctioning it off; it was an ore vein.
