Iris slowly opened it and was shocked when she saw a beautiful ring inside the box.
"A ring?"
"Hmm, do you like it?" Xavier tilted his head to see her expression.
Looking at the ring in her hand, Iris was at a loss for words. She wasn't the type of woman who liked wearing jewelry and didn't understand much about it. However, looking at the white gold ring with a tiny pink diamond stone, she knew that this ring was stunning.
'Why did he give me this ring?' She wondered while examining the ring closely. Her eyes fell on the small letters engraved inside the ring circle.
'XD... What does it mean?'
Just as Iris was about to ask Xavier the meaning of the letters, she realized that it was his initials. Suddenly, she realized something.
Iris slowly turns her gaze at Xavier with a confused expression. And when their eyes met, she heard Xavier say, "You don't like it?" his voice sounded worried.
