Breaking News - Part 1

Meanwhile, back at the hospital…

"I think it's an amazing name, truly one fitting for a King, however, just what will it symbolize for our child's future?" Adam asked as he was honestly curious why his wife went with such a name.

"Well, for one Rin stands for cold and emotionless something he will probably inherit from you, while Kurama is self-explanatory, and finally Jasper because I like the sound of it," Crystal claimed as she gazed at her spouse before retracing her gaze.

"Hmm, I guess it's finally then… from now on you shall be called Rin Kurama Jasper, my son!" Adam proclaimed as he kissed his son's forehead, nearly waking him up in the process.

Before he left to go retrieve their car a Jet S7L Dock Cruiser from the parking lot, which had the outward appearance of a Lamborghini but the interior space of a mansion.

30 minutes later...

After, Doctor Yin finished running all their examinations and tests to see whether the mother and child were eligible to leave. It was finally time for them to say their goodbyes and return to Kyoto.

So, as they took off into the sky, Rin briefly woke up before swiftly returning to sleep just as snowflakes began to fall from the sky. Painting it in a beautiful light show of red and white as two Blood Moons hung high in the firmament. Emitting a ruby red glow like blood, turning this once joyful occasion into a mysterious forbidding for their son's impending future.

"Honey, do you think he'll be able to survive in this chaotic world of ours? Where humans kill each other just to earn a quarter of a Zi, without realizing the price they will have to pay for such a lifestyle?" Crystal asked as a teardrop rolled down her face, as she thought about her sister who she had not seen since her mother's death 10 years ago.

"Crystal you can't keep blaming yourself for what happened back then as she chose her path, while you chose yours. So please stop worrying if you should have tried harder to stop her as it will just lead to you overthinking and ruining this once-in-a-lifetime occasion. And of course, he will be able to survive, my dear because he's, our son!" replied Adam as he placed the jet on autopilot and gave his undivided attention to the one who deserved it the most at this moment.

"Sigh… I will try but still, it pains me to see that she~" Crystal was saying before Adam sealed her lips causing everything to slow down as their tongues intertwined and fought for dominance.

Yet before it could go further, Adam suddenly stopped and cupped her chin as he stared into the depths of her amber-blue eyes, "Crystal everything will be okay so just take this time to relax and enjoy the drive, okay as I'm sure she's done fine whatever she may be."

"I'll try, hubby but don't do that ever again as next time you won't be able to escape this easily. But still thanks for the comforting words," Crystal whispered seductively as she leaned over and gently licked his ear.

"Nice, move just wait until we get home," Adam replied as he shook his head and smiled as he regained control of the car and entered hyperspace.

Following the yawn of someone who fell asleep as they leaned on the window, while their son sat in between them still wrapped in his kimono from the hospital. In a metallic orb-like crib that had noise cancellation and a built-in AI that could adjust the temperature to whatever the child needed to remain in homeostasis which was 67-72℉.

10 minutes later...

CRACK! CRACK! CRACK!

"Well, isn't this convenient?" Adam muttered sarcastically as he realized he pressed the wrong button while they were traversing through hyperspace. Which led to the jet's thrusters burning the space around them after he put the car in turbo mode.

Causing a multitude of miniature fractures to form around them that individual wasn't a problem to traverse. However, once grouped so closely, it could lead to the entire hyper tunnel breaking with just a slight touch like glass when someone hits its weak point.

Or worse a space storm forming which would be game over for them in the worst-case scenario.

Luckily, while it was a bit unstable it was not to the point, that they could not salvage the situation. However, taking such a risk could lead to the formation of a black hole and the destruction of Japan if Adam's not safe, since this hyper tunnel was originally set to drop them off somewhere in Kyoto of Sector 13 – Planet 3: (Earth).

But due to the recent course of events, that won't be happening so their next bet would be to enter turbo mode one last time and hope for the best.

"Sigh, so I'm really about to do this, huh?" Adam muttered as he glanced at his son and wife, who were unaware of the risky decision he was about to make.

'Welp, it was nice knowing y'all…' Adam thought before pressing the button and hoping for the best.

Five minutes later…

SPAT! SWOOSH! KABOOM! CRACK!

"Adam, just what did you do now?!" Crystal shouted upon hearing a loud explosion outside.

"Hmm… oh, um, it's nothing dear just some kids playing with fireworks," Adam replied before regretting everything he said as he completely forgot she was sitting right beside the window.

Giving her the perfect view of the catastrophe, he brought with him which caused the entire sky to darken almost immediately. As everything within a mile's radius and growing was being drawn into a black hole.

"ADAM GOLDSTEIN JR, JUST EXACTLY WHAT DID YOU DO WHILE I WAS ASLEEP!" Crystal shouted as she glared at her husband after witnessing the city, she loved and adored be slowly destroyed at the hands of this fool.

"Fuck of all days this could've happened, why today oh lord?! When I get fired this does not occur but when I get a promotion the apocalypse begins, just fantastic..." Angel shouted as he tried to make sense of all this before he did something stupid. While wondering if he'll even be able to clock in before his shift starts due to this now.

'Can you shut up; don't you see I'm trying to recuperate here!' A voice shouted after his meditation was interrupted by Angel's outburst.

'Sorry, about that St. Vil but do you think you could help me stop this? As I cannot afford to be late for work again, especially when I just got promoted.'

'Hmm, I could however I need something in exchange?' St. Vil stated with a smile.

'Sure, just name your price?' Angel said excitingly the moment St. Vil agreed to help him.

'The souls of 10 Demonic Cultivators and a liter of demigod blood.'

'I can help you get the 10 souls; however, the blood might take some time.' replied Angel after giving the offer some thought.

'As long as get it double, what I originally asked for by next month, I'll help you.'

'Tsk, fine…'

'It was a pleasure doing business with you, Keke!' St. Vil replied before disappearing from Angel's Soul Palace and getting straight to work.
