'Demons, huh....'

After the man left the room ,I contemplated over the exchange we had,or to be specific the exchange he had with me.

I had kind of expected the possibility of having demons,but...

'So close!',guess I have to speed up my plans,or else I'll just die a meaningless death'

'I don't even have any information of this world ,and I terribly lost the support of the AI and the entity'X' alike'

'How stupid can I be to even consider verbally assaulting and questioning the motives of a higher entity ,when I amount to nothing....'

'Absolutely nothing.....'

'By the way,what was I doing before I reincarnated in this body?....uh nevermind...might not be anything important'

'Sigh'

'Okay,let bygones be bygones and let's focus on the things I would be able to change.'

Looking at the status,I tried reading it all, throughly without leaving a single word unattended.

And eventually I found out about all the chages which went through in my status screen.

'Okay..so this world even has bloodline Skills,nice!'

'Hmm,I'm classless as well,but well,it's not a problem, I'll probably get a class as I start training my body.'

'Oh,I have a new mission as well.

'Demons,huh,the man said the truth,I guess'

'Okay,what's with that skill called [Caged Emotions] and furthermore,it's S-Rank!'

'I don't know what S Rank means but....sounds powerful'

'Maybe this was the skill which always gets activated to keep my emotions in check,but let's leave it at that, and most of all, I'll use it to not give out any unnecessary emotions to other people, anyway.'

'Hmm,now this is interesting!'

'[Enhaced senses] ,was it?,maybe it increases my hearing capability to a certain extent'

'Wait! If it can increase my hearing capability and as eyeight also falls into the So called 'five senses' of the body,maybe it can help me regain my eyesight as well'

'Okay!!I finaly got a lead to get out of my predicament'

Saying so,I frantically jerked my arms and legs and tried rolling down the bed.

But damn!It hurt like hell!!

Every single muscle fibre of my body made rubbery sounds as I fell down on the cold floor of the room , making a thump sound,albeit faintly.

Then feeling the bedside with my lanky arms,I started crawling towards the wall on the other side of the room.

But to my surprise I reached the wall instantly.

I had expected the room to be a bit bigger ,but I can't complain anyway, considering the fact that it made my journey to the window easier.

Smaller is much more effecient than bigger ones,if you know what I mean.

I traced my lanky arms on the wall and started looking for an window.

Yes!

I was looking for sunlight!

And bloody burn my eyes to lvl up that [Enhanced senses] skill!

Eventually I found a window on the right side of the bed and barely pulled myself up with the help of the big and smooth curtains.

Tracing my fingers again on the wooden handle of the window,I mustered all my strength and pushed open the window,while sliding the curtains towards the left side.

What followed was just the pure feeling of dread and pain!

The sunlight fell on the pupiless eyes and started burning them ,as I prevented myself from closing them.

But just after a few seconds ,the warn sunlight suddenly intensified and a feeling of dread passed over my body,through my eyes.

I felt like I would lose my eyeballs itself, if I didn't close my eyes now.

However I gritted my teeth while making muffled groans, but with no proper strength involved , my jaws and legs gave out just when I got to the point where the sunlight felt a bit comfortable.

Immediately after I fell on the foor with a thud,I closed the curtains to prevent even a single ray of sunlight from reaching my eyes,breathing a sigh of relief.

Sigh...

That was tough!Huh...

My ears were actually ringing with a tinging sound all this time ,as soon as the window was opened.

Maybe it was because of the chattering sound of the people outside the residency as sound of such intensity couldn't be registered and processed instantly by my body, considering this body's detoriated state in the last 10 years.

Crawling and retracing my path towards the bed,I rolled up on the bed and and drifted of to sleep,terribly exhausted.

After walking up from a shot nap, I decided to check the notifications this time.

Wow ! A whooping twenty levels!

Guess my sacrifice was worth it.

And to check that,I tried opening my eyes this time.

Contrary to what I was expecting,that is a clear view of my surroundings,

What I actually saw was.....darkness but this time with bright sparking orbs of light along with a spectrum of colours interwined within the entire room.

Blue ,green ,violet,red,golden,olive....

Orbs of various colours were interwined within the dark room and slowly they started taking shape .

The golden colour separates itself from the mishmash of colours and formed the outline of the room with a dark background.

They also took shapes of the furniture inside the room and filled up those shapes with golden density indicative of inanimate objects.

I could finally see my surroundings now but this was not what I had expected.

It was similar to something called thermal vision from my previous life.

But here I assume it became indicative of energy signatures differentiating both animate and inanimate objects alike.

And to test that theory ,I tried lowering my head down and looking at my hands.

My entire body structure was blue, with whitish lines,indicative of veins coursing through my body.

I could finally see myself now!All I needed to do now was wait for the night and crawl my way towards the full body mirror on the left side of room.

Looking around the room I realised that I was indeed in a fantasy world.

With wooden doors and large window panes ,the room truly looked majestic!

Towards the left was a full body mirror ,which I had planned to look into at night,and beside it was a wardrobe.

The room was actually pretty compact and minimalistic and it even had a grand piano on right corner of the bed.

The walls were pretty much empty but had one large wooden photoframe which I couldn't see no matter what I tried .

Guess this skill doesn't work on these things,huh.

And on top of it was a head of a lion which was atleast twice the size of the lions I remembered from my previous life.

Towards my bedside was a drawer on which a triangular lamp rested on top of it,with a peculiar violet coloured gem embedded in it ,glowing with vibrancy.

I guess this is the energy source in this world,huh.

As I was looking around the room with my somewhat cured eyes.

The door of my room hissed open as two ladies entered while pushing around a somewhat similar looking wheel chair,from my previous life.

Immediately, I turned my head towards them and smiled at them with my award winning acting skills.

"Mika!How are you honey!Does it feel good,you are not hurt are you"said with woman with a beautiful smile.

I couldn't see them ,yes,but even with the blue and whitish lines to indicate body structure and veins,the women looked extremely beautiful and....endowed, especially the maid.

The woman had short hair along with a small forehead and nose.

With angular brows,big eyes and a voluptuous body structure,she looked like a goddess.

A real goddess!

Even the maid wasn't bad in any department!

She had a soft line of eyebrows and luscious long hair tied in a bun.

A small tuft of hair fell on one side of the fore head along with a side part.

With her delicate lips and similarly voluptuous body,she looked stunning!A perfect hourglass indeed!

But contrary to the woman who was this boy's mom,the maid had a fierce and hawk like sharp eyes albeit with a tender look on them as she looked at me.

To be honest , I felt an itch down in my nether region this time looking at the maid,but it was immediately nulled as a Ting resounded in my head,indicative of the activation of the skill [Caged Emotions].

For a moment I realised ,this skill can essentially give me erectile dysfunction ,as it always gets activated whenever I try feeling any kind of emotions.

But keeping that fact aside ,I was glad that I didn't feel attracted towards the mom in a lustfull way,despite not being able to see the colours around myself.

Focusing more on the two people standing infront of me,rambling and questioning about my condition,to which I replied with a nod or shook my head to indicate a no,I noticed the presense of diffrent types of colours present inside their chest,on the place where the heart was supposed to be.

On both the ladies,there was a mixture of gaseous orbs of different wavelengths of light,but two of those wavelengths,black and white ,were the same in both of them albeit with different densities.

While I was thinking about a possible way to classify those orbs,the blonde haired woman jerked my body as I came out of my stupor.

"Mika,are You alright dear,does your head hurt again?",asked the woman with visible creases on her forehead.Even the maid had her eyebrows pressed as if waiting for my answer.

To which I shook my head and tried making a sound to make me say the word 'no' as even though I had leveled up my language comprehension skill,I still had difficulty speaking the language of this world.

A soft 'No' came out of my mouth as I tried moving my lips.

The mom just looked at me with wide eyes as tear drops started flowing again,making her already swollen eyes more puffier.

Man!She is such a crybaby!

The maid then proceeded to pick me up from my bed and made me sit on the wheelchair presented to me.

Damn !

She smells really nice!Just like fresh lillies!

The maid noticed me sniffing her ,however she smiled and patted my head to which I responded with a soft smile.

The mother then took the reigns of the wheelchair and started pushing and taking me out throught the door.

"Mika!let's go get some fresh air in the lawn!You'll feel better in the open than staying in this dark room right!"

"Let's go!"said the mother with an enthusiastic tone.

Well, it was finally time to explore the outside world as I couldn't keep loitering in the room forever.

I had to survive no matter what!

The wheelchair was pushed as I finally came out of the door as a sense of relief washed over my body.

This was the real start of my life in this world,outside this very door.

All the hardships I would have to face,all the mental stress I would have to go through,all would start from this very door.

I wasn't ready at all,but I had one quote from my previous world ,to give my strength as I kept repeating it in my mind,which was,

'A river cuts through a rock,not because of its power ,but due to its persistance'

And with determination and the zeal of perseverance in my heart I came outside the room.

As a whole new experience awaited me...
