40. Meeting other Warriors Part 4

An introvert's first rule in a place filled of people is to stay away from people by any given way, some would take few steps back and leave the place, others would take a corner and hide there until things calm down a bit, but Warrior 01? She tried to adapt to her current situation, which is a rare case for her but it couldn't be helped since everything happened fast.

Since she entered this planet, she didn't taste the flavor of peace, somehow, no matter how hard she tried to ignore the feeling inside her, the voices inside her kept warning her about something bad will happen. She kept walking with System 0 by her side, she felt a bit safe since he's beside her, since he'll be there to help her in case she collapsed.

They kept walking until they reached the middle of the village, other few steps and her vision turned blurry before she accidently hit someone, "sorry" she mumbled.

"Tsk, your 'sorry' won't bring me back my drink dork! Hey! I'm talking to you, look at the person while they talk!" He yelled getting everyone's attention, he held Warrior 01 by her shoulder and turned her to face him.

"Umm... Isn't she with you?" The girl from before asked Audrey who gasped and got Seth and LU attention to turn and look at the direction she's looking at, "we'll be dead meat" Seth groaned.

"Don't worry System 0 is with her" LU shrugged while biting on a squid sandwich.

Warrior 01 groaned from the pain all over her body that she started to wobble, "it won't do you any good to mess up with her" System 0 held his wrist and pushed him away, when the mad warrior turned to look at System 0, he found him glaring down at him with his blue eyes so he shivered from the coldness in his eyes before he tsked and walked away.

System 0 turned to look at Warrior 01 and found her holding her head and still groaning, "you ok?"

"Do I look like I fucking am?" She grumbled.

"Yea, you're not. There's a hotel close to here-"

"No, I need to release some mana" she huffed holding System 0 by the wrist, "and how are you planning to do so?"

"By fighting" she said breathlessly.

"And who will you fight?" System 0 rose an eyebrow and looked at her anticipating a reasonable answer, but she surprised him by pointing at the woods, "them" she said and an earthquake started, the trees started to move before some of them crack and fall.

Everyone panicked before some of them prepared to attack the coming beasts who smelled them from miles away after they left their gates, when they approached them, three gates opened and more beasts and monsters came out.

This time literally everyone got scared and panicked, none knew what to do, but a woman came out of the terrified crowd and hit her bow on the ground shaking by that the ground, everyone turned to look at her, even Warrior 01 did before she turned to walk away and deal with the creatures in the woods alone, her left side already turning red and black and her eye slowly turning from brown to black.

"Are you all gonna act like that?! Stop acting like chickens and fight for yourselves and lives because no one will do that!!" She started her speech making some tremble, "I don't want to scare you but some of you will probably die today, but if you don't want that to happen!!? Then fight!" Some nodded their heads and others held their weapons tightly.

"So!! Are you all ready?!" Screams and roars filled the place and everyone took their positions to start fighting.

System 0 stopped to listen to the noises made by the warriors from the village, "it seems their spirits are high again"

"That woman can convince anyone with whatever she wants using an ability" Warrior 01 said as she stopped walking to look at the falling trees and approaching enemies.
