The gains!

After that I've spent the next 5 days working out, it was hell at first with all the muscle pain. Notable events of these 5 days were:

Day 1:

My wound was starting to look better. It looked as if it was half way there to closing, but I don't know about the internal injuries, so I can't comment on that.

I know you're all wondering what I ate and let me tell you it was simply horrible, I had to eat tomatoes with salt but without bread!!! I also ate some oranges, and cereal (WITHOUT MILK!) for breakfast.

Oh right, the workout, it was hard I only managed to use the lightest dumbbells for about 15 minutes, after that I had to take a 2 hour break, I obviously played some games at that time, by the way, yes, the gaming community still exists during the apocalypse. After the break I went back to exercising. That was basically my routine for the day.

Because of all the exercising I messed up by wasting my last starter skill point on this:

Then I went to sleep for 7 hours.

Day 2:

My wound actually closed but I gave it another day before exercising my legs, just in case the wound would open back up. Also my nose looks fine, thanks for asking.

Let's skip the food situation since I can summarize it with the words: suffering, suffering and suffering again.

The workout was actually getting somewhere. I could now use slightly heavier weights, and instead of 15 minutes I've been able to go up to 22 minutes.

After that I went to sleep for 8 hours.

Day 3:

I've started to exercise my legs. So now my training routine looks like this:

-Lift the dumbbells until it hurts. About 28-30 minutes.

-Do curl ups for about 5 minutes.

-Do squats until it hurts. About 3-5 minutes.

-An hour and 45 minutes breaks.

Slept for 6 hours.

Day 4:

I've moved on to the heaviest dumbbells.

-Lift the dumbbells until it hurts. About 30-32 minutes.

-Do curl ups for about 7 minutes.

-Do squats until it hurts. About 5-7 minutes.

-An hour and 30 minutes breaks.

Slept for 10 hours.

Day 5:

-Lift the dumbbells until it hurts. About 40-45 minutes.

-Do curl ups for about 10 minutes.

-Do squats until it hurts. About 10-15 minutes.

-An hour and 15 minutes breaks.

Slept for 7 hours.

Now on day 6, it's finally time to check out the gains! After 5 days of working out hard, I've achieved a change from looking like a hobo to looking like a *drumrolls* muscular hobo! But that's not everything! Take a look at my proficiencies!

You might be wondering why I stopped at 6 days. Well, the reason is that, actually, I run out of food! Like, actually run out, like, I don't even have inedibles anymore.
