The Green Star

Frisk and Papyrus' clash released so much mana that it could be felt beyond the District. Her sword broke into pieces as she fell to the floor under Papyrus, Frisk then looked up at him with a huge grin across her face as she lunged up, the pieces forming back into her sword.

"ֆʊʀքʀɨֆɛ! =)" Frisk said. She caught Papyrus off guard, but he just smiled as a sharp bone shot out of the ground and pierced Frisk through her head. Blood sprayed everywhere from out the back of her head while it poured out from the front, leaving a huge puddle and her body hanging from the bone.

"𝑯𝒂!!" Papyrus laughed.

"FRISK!" Khila screamed.

"Shit!!" Trey shouted.

"FRISK!!!!" Jason yelled. Khila let out a petrified shriek as she witnessed Frisk's death. Jason jolted his head around looking for Frisk's star, but it was nowhere to be found. Could she really be dead this time?

"Dammit, there's no star!" Jason yelled again. Frisk's body began to crumble into ash, as her bright red soul appeared.

"𝑻𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒔𝒐𝒖𝒍 𝒘𝒐𝒖𝒍𝒅 𝒃𝒆 𝒔𝒊𝒈𝒏𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒈𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝒇𝒐𝒓...𝒉𝒊𝒎 𝑵𝒚𝒆𝒉𝒆𝒉𝒆𝒉𝒉𝒆" Papyrus laughed. He reached out his hand to grab Frisk's soul of Determination, Jason created a vast amount of knives that floated behind him and sent them flying towards Papyrus, as he stepped back and deflected them with a sharp bone.

"TREY!" He shouted. Trey bolted in front of Jason launching himself into the air, as his feet lit up and a beam of fire blasted out, sending him flying down. The flames behind him took the form of devil wings and Trey adjusted his body in mid-air to where he was falling feet first.

"Hell Impact!!" He screamed as he faced Papyrus mid-air and from his feet a beam of fire blasted at the monster, melting all the buildings and rubble in its path. The heat from the blast was searing as if it was a fire burning right in front of their face.

"Nice going Trey!" Jason shouted.

"Hehe, thanks to Khila I'm overfilled with mana! My explosions are vast now!!" He smirked.

Frisk's soul began to crack as it then broke into two.

"Frisk!" Khila screamed again as she ran towards the soul.

"Khila, do the best you can to keep Frisk's soul from shattering while me and Trey face off against Papyrus again" Jason ordered.

"Right!" Khila nodded, as she hovered her hands around the soul. "please Frisk…" she whispered. Little blue strings began to appear on the soul, attaching themselves to both broken sides of it.

"Lumen! Any advice?" Jason said out loud.

Papyrus had used a diversion, as he appeared out of the air and 3 blue bones struck Trey in the chest.

"Dammit not again!" Trey yelled.

"Trey! Don't move!!" Jason shouted at him.

*ʜɪs ʙᴏᴅʏ ɪs ᴍᴀᴅᴇ ᴜᴘ ᴏғ ʙᴏɴᴇs ᴀɴᴅ sᴏᴍᴇ ᴘᴀʀᴛs ᴀʀᴇ ᴇxᴘᴏsᴇᴅ... ᴍʏ ᴀᴅᴠɪᴄᴇ ɪs ᴛᴏ sᴇᴀʀᴄʜ ғᴏʀ ᴀ ᴡᴇᴀᴋ ᴘᴏɪɴᴛ ᴡɪᴛʜɪɴ ʜɪs sᴋᴇʟᴇᴛᴀʟ sᴛʀᴜᴄᴛᴜʀᴇ. Lumen stated.

"Great! Thanks Lumen!" Jason said as he ran towards Trey. He created a sword and blocked Papyrus' next attack against Trey.

"I have an idea" Jason stated. Papyrus stepped back as he summoned another sharp bone for defense. Jason sliced up Papyrus' blue bones, releasing Trey.

"Here goes nothing," he said. Jason held out his hand as a red orb of mana manifested and grew in size, it then shattered into a million pieces on the floor, as each piece then built up into a clone of Jason himself.

"Ha! My idea worked!!" Jason grinned. Several clones created swords that looked the same as Jason's and smirked along with him.

"𝑪𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒆𝒔?!" Papyrus said surprised.

"That's right! And I bet you can't take all of us on at one!" Jason yelled. Each clone began running towards Papyrus as some threw their weapons and the others attacked head-on.

"𝑯𝒎𝒑𝒉, 𝒍𝒐𝒐𝒌𝒔 𝒍𝒊𝒌𝒆 𝒊'𝒍𝒍 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒆 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒂!" Papyrus shouted. 4 clones had tried to jump over onto Papyrus, but large bones shot out of the ground, creating a barrier for him and piercing the clones. They shattered into pieces again.

"𝑺𝒐 𝒇𝒓𝒂𝒈𝒊𝒍𝒆..." Papyrus stated. The ground below him crumbled as another clone tried to attack from below. Papyrus dodged by jumping into the air, summoning 4 blue bones that pierced the clone.

"𝑻𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒊𝒔... 𝑩𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝑺𝒉𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓!!!" Papyrus yelled, as he raised his hand into the hair and shot a beam of mana into the air, above the clouds.

"Shit.." Trey said.

Honed bones began to rain from the sky piercing anything they landed on. Each clone began shattering as they got pierced by the rainfall.

Trey blasted the bones that were falling towards him, while a bone that was aimed towards Khila jolted towards her face.

"Gah!" She screamed.

Suddenly, Jason had deflected the projectile with a sword, as more came he tried his hardest to keep up and deflect each bone away.

"Jason!" She yelled surprised, some of the bones ended up stabbing Jason in his shoulder, hip, and leg.

"Shit! We can't keep this up for much longer!" Jason stated, panting.

"Jason… what is that…?" Khila asked, pointing in the distance.

"𝑯𝒎?" Papyrus said as he also turned around.

In the distance, beyond all the rubble and ash, a bright green light shone.

"Huh…?" Jason said confused, also wondering what it was.

"What the hell…?" Trey said, also looking up.

It looked like a green star shining in the distance. For an instant, a purple glow also appeared but it got brighter and brighter, until a beam, aimed at Papyrus, blew him back destroying even more buildings. Papyrus kicked the rubble off of him as he looked back up at the green shine, he had an angry expression on his face as if he was bothered by something.

"𝒀𝒐𝒖..." he said angrily. Across the destroyed city, in the distance stood Nate, Gaster, Joseph, and Gabriel.

"ραρуяυѕ..." Gaster said. His right eye was red, and he had his 6 hands out.

"He's in the rubble!" Nate shouted, his hand on his left eye. The bright green light was coming from him. His right eye was glowing green as it shone in the distance.

"ѕтαтѕ?" Gaster asked.

"HP: 562 MP: 3,238 and rising, AT: 20 DEF: 20!" Nate stated.

"Should we head over there? They probably need our help!" Gabriel stated.

"Jason's down there!" Joseph yelled.

"I don't see Frisk… but so far I see Jason and 2 others, a boy and a girl" Nate shouted.

"gαвє, ѕтαят нєα∂ιиg σνєя тнєяє" Gaster demanded.

"Right!" Gabriel said as he jumped down the rubble and rocks and ran down the path towards the battle.

"Agh! My mana…" Nate said as he put the bandage over his eye.

"What was that?!" Trey yelled, running over to Jason and Khila.

"I don't know!" Jason replied.

"Dammit! This battle just keeps getting more and more intense!" Trey stated.

"It's okay guys! We just have to hold through" Khila said, the boys both nodded their heads.

"I don't know what we're supposed to worry about first… Whatever that light was… or Papyrus…" Jason said.

"It might be reinforcements from the Justice Council," Trey said. "They blast was aimed at the monster, so they could be on our side" He stated.

"You could be right, but wouldn't some of them be here by now? Helping to fight on the frontlines?" Jason asked.

"Agh! This is so hard!" Trey groaned.

"For all I know… right now we're in danger… we gotta make sure we stick together!" Jason demanded.

"Right!" Khila nodded.

"Don't boss me around fool, I know my duties!" Trey said as him and Jason stood back to back against Khila who was still holding Frisk's soul together.
