As expected, things were not good. After receiving severe scolding and interrogation for two hours straight, he was brought up to a small room on the second floor of the dorms. As it wasn't being used, it was mostly empty, with only a few cardboard boxes standing by the wall and an old bed frame missing a mattress, everything covered in dust.
"You're going to be living here from now on," Mr. Kolatir announced. "Locked up, of course, so that you can't even think of sneaking out. There should be an air mattress in one of the boxes, you can use that if you want. I'll come for you in the morning, when it's time for your cleaning shift."
