Chapter 12: A boy that never failed to dazzle and shine in my eyes
Xavier's POV:
It's been 1 week since I have met Rion, and everyday seems like a dream to me. When I'm with him, my heart feels so light and everything seems more radiant. I've already visited his house 3 times after the 1st time, 2 times when I'm with father and my stepmother, and Once when their driver fetched me in our house. I was so happy during those times!
My treatment in our house also seemed better and although many of the servants still ignored me and shows contempt to me, at least they stopped locking me up and starving me. But I've paid it no mind, to me, Rion is the most important!
Today, I happily packed my luggage. Rion invited me for a sleepover! The thought that I'll have to lie down with Rion made my heart skip a bit.
I went down to the living room carrying my luggage. I'm waiting for the driver to pick me up.
I heard footsteps along the stairs and that person said, "You're doing a good job, also, mention the Joint Venture as much as you can."
I ignored it as always, I have no intentions of being a puppet, not anymore. I heard the familiar honk of the car outside and I left the house, without looking back.

Along the way, I've reviewed the things that I've learned these days… Games. I don't want Rion to be bored with me!
Cooking Games, Pictionary, Ring Toss, and etc. I'll propose many and he can choose whatever he likes the most and I'll commit it to my memory!
We arrived at the familiar patio, and I heard the creak of the door and there goes a boy that never failed to dazzle and shine in my eyes, Rion.
"I'm here now, Rion."
He greeted me with a tight hug, just like every time I came here. I hugged him back and all the brewing darkness in my heart seemed to disappear.
