Chapter 3- *The Sad Realization.*

Kenna was awaken by a hand touching her private parts. She's very sleepy but she had been awaken by the crying voice of her mom,

" Please dad,no! don't do that to her, she's too young", her mom beg.

" Stay away Noanna or i'll hit you!.", Rudy warned Noanna.

" Please spare her, please, have mercy on her!", Noanna said pushing her father away from her daughter.

" Come here Kenna, we will do something we will enjoy together", , Rudy told her youngest daughter. Kenna is growing beautiful, unlike her other siblings, she has rosy cheeks very beautiful combination with black hair and milky white complexion not normal for a person who spend all her life in the underground basement.

." Yes, dad?", the eight years old innocently asked.

" Dad, please what do you want from her?", Noanna came in rescue of her daughter.

" Stay away Noanna if you don't want me to hit you!", another angry warning from Rudy.

" Please spare her!!!..Noanna beg her father.

" I told you to stay away!", Rudy angrily hit Noanna with his belt. The painful cry of her mother had angered Kenna, so when her father took hold of her arm and try to pin her down on the bed she share with her siblings and mother as well as with their dad, she fight off her father with all force she had. She kicked him hard that unexpectedly had taken him off balance and send him flat on the floor. He is surprised at the strength of her daughter, he had no idea she is very strong at her age.And the kick, it had taken him aback, admittedly she's good at it, or he had been weaken by his age? Kenna go to her crying mother and hug her.

" Please stop crying ma!", Kenna know that what her dad intended to do is bad, the same thing he is doing with her older sisters and mom, she had seen how hard her mom is crying when his dad do that to Ninna, Rinna or Chanda.. Noanna hug her daughter tightly, Because of what happened to her dad, he was very angry, he might had hit both of them with his belt if he had immediately regained his balance. Luckily he hadn't, their mother had to help him get up but he warned of making them hungry because of what she did to him. She is aware that his dad was in pain because of what she did, she made an oath to fight him hard if he insist of touching her specially now that she know she can hurt him physically with her kick.

Because of what she did no one had been done harm by her father, he had decided to leave after that incident a bit limping and massaging his lower back.

The following days her dad did not visit them, true to his word he was making them hungry . They had limited food supply left in the refrigerator.

Noanna and the kids are banging the locked door, wishing some of her siblings or mom will hear them and will open it. After five

days the locked door opened and their dad arrived bringing food supplies.

" Again how many times do I have to tell you not to bang that door?", he told her mom.

" But dad we're already very hungry", Noanna reasoned out,they hadn't eaten since last night.

" I don't care if all of you will die in hunger! look at what your daughter did to me! I suffered a severe back pain", Rudy reasoned out. Upon hearing that Noanna wanted to attack and kill her father that instance. All her respect was gone that instance.

" But you already abused your other daughter since they're young, but why because of Kenna you want to kill all of us in hunger?", Noanna angrily said.

" Teach your daughter to be nice to me and follow me!", Rudy said.

" All of those years dad you abused me and my daughters I will never stop Kenna if she hurt you, because that's what you deserve", Noanna angrily said. She thought of fighting for her right now she know that her dad thought of Kenna differently. Rudy slap Noanna, upon seeing that Marko came in rescue of their mom.

" Please stop that dad", Marko hold his dad hands as strong as he can. Inspite of the fact that he hadn't eaten since last night.

" I can kill all of you if I want to", Rudy said insolently.

" Then let us come out from here so that we can have a normal life", Noanna challenge.

" Then what? you'll send me to jail? in your dreams!", Rudy said. Noanna was surprised at what her father said, the pain of his beating was nothing when she realized that all those years he had kept her hidden in this underground just because he is afraid to be imprisoned? She's also wondering why their house was located in the exclusive subdivision, why is it no one in her family notice that she's missing? her mom,doesn't mind losing her all those years that she's gone? did she look for her? why they never came down here in the basement? even her other brothers or sisters did they look for her?

" I wish we will be able to come out of this basement", Noanna once told her children.

" Ma, you said there are zombies outside that's why we are not allowed to go out?", Kenna asked. Noanna, don't know how to explain to her daughter the truth. All those years she had been a good daughter to her father that's why when he said " tell no one about our secret" she follow all that he wants her to do. Bacause she told her to be kind and respectful to him, to do all his wishes or else he will hit her with his belt.She realized that everything was a big mistake when he imprisoned her in this basement which she refer to as "cave" then impregnated her for seven times and two of which are intentionally aborted by her own father. The abuses didn't stop with her, the abuses extended to their three older daughters since they were young. It breaks her heart to witness all of that happening but she had no strength to stop her own father which now she see as the "Devil."

She secretly rejoice when he was harmed by Kenna, she's right for allowing her daughter practicing her karate skill.
