The Silver Princess and The Death scythe

Lets turn back time for a bit before Ilya met up with Regina and the others.

Ilya's PoV

After helping out to transport Rias and her peerage I immediately returned back to the skies to thin out the invading magicians. If we left them for long they could cause casualties to the armies of the three great powers. The armies out here are sitting ducks due to this suspended space which lets the magicians be able to kill our forces easily if we left them be.

I then created a bow and aimed towards the skies.

"[Project : Nine Lives]" Knowledge from the great hero, Heracles came to my head. I can now perform the technique he used to slay the hydra in one of his labors.

One of the abilities that I learned alongside [Divine Forge] was [Projection]. It lets me copy an ability associated with the heroes who once wielded the weapons. It shows me the correct way of using the different weapons in my arsenal. This is how I was able to use Aegis' ability without actually creating the shield itself. This helps in saving mana. It has a downside though. Although projecting ability would take lesser mana it would be weaker than if I created a copy of the weapon.

"[Nine Lives : Shooting the hundred heads!]" I then released countless arrows into the sky killing hundreds of invading magicians.

In the distance I saw that Onii-chan has also joined me and is eliminating the magicians as well in his balance breaker form.

"[Sword Rain!]" I yelled out as countless swords appear in the sky and impaling countless enemies.

"[Divine Smite!]" I immediately followed up with silver divine lightning, further thinning out the crowd.

I then saw Regina come out with a mysterious figure towards an open area as they started to fight in the open area behind school. I then watched as they clashed blades it seems they are equal which surprised me as I didn't think that mysterious person can fight Regina equally.Seeing that she was still fine I focused on thinning out more of the magicians.

As we thinned out the crowd a figure then appeared in front of me and swung their scythe towards me. The scythe was covered by an aura of death.

Seeing this I created two blades and infused them with divine energy which I used to block the incoming death aura.

"Who are you?" I asked cautiously as she backed away before introducing herself.

"Nice to meet you, I am Elena of [Phantom]." She replied as violet aura of death covered her scythe as she prepared to attack once more.

"Ilyaelia Muromets-Romanov of Regulus Dominion." I replied introducing myself as it would be courteous to introduce oneself in a duel like this.

"I have heard of you [Silver Princess]. Its an honor to finally fight you."

"Likewise, [DeathScythe]" I replied as I prepared my two swords for battle.

I have heard of this group. They are a group of mysterious killers that goes by the name of [Phantom]. All of their members wear masks. Their leader is refered by many as [Poison Dragon]. Among them [Deathscythe] is also dangerous due to the aura of death that she uses. It is capable of inflicting damage to souls once she gets serious. I can defend against her using Divine energy however it would be still dangerous.

I really didnt think we would meet them on this battlefield and for them to be a part of the Khaos Brigade.

"I didn't think [Phantom] would join the [Khaos Brigade]." I said raising my own aura as well.

"We have our reasons." She replied while going into a stance of her own. An aura of death engulfs her surroundings.

"Shall we dance?" She said before disappearing and appearing behind me.

I immediately raised one of my swords and performed [Counter Force]. Distributing the force and returning it towards her which sent her flyinf quite a distnce away from me.

"What was that?" She asked with a tone of amazement as she stabilizes herself in the air after being sent flying by counter force.

"[Sword Barrel Open!]" I yelled out ignoring her question. Countless holy swords appeared and fired towards her countering the death energy she emits.

"Guess I'll go slightly serious." She said as violet aura spreads around her.

"[Death Wheel]" she then spun her scythe creating a spinning wheel of death which she fired towards me.

"[Redirection]" I redirected the attacks coming towards me however she suddenly appeared with her scythe and attacked towards me.

Gathering mana in my swords I redirected each swing she does to the side effectively parrying the attacks to the side. Finding an opening I kick towards her which she blocked by raising her scythe in front.

"[Ying x Yang Cross!]" I yelled out as light and darkness gathered into my two blades and fired them towards her who is sent back.

"[Enhance Armament!]" I then enhanced my two swords, taking their grade to a higher one and imbuing them in divine energy. I then used [Ride Lightning] and appear behind her flanking her with attacks from two different directions.

"[Death God Domain!]" She yelled out as a domain of death spread around her blocking my attacks with the aura of death. I immediately backed away from there as I threw my two sword towards her before creating a bow in my hand.

"Pierce! [Gungnir!]" I then created a copy of gungnir and fired it towards her like an arrow to which she gathered her death energy and formed a barrier that protected her.

"[Death wheel!]" She then retaliated by firing countless death wheels towards me as I activated Aegis to defend against them.

"[Aegis!]" A golden shield sprung forth in front of me blocking the death energy that is coming towards me.

"Let us see how much you can take!" She yelled out as a massive amount of death energy started to gather.

Seeing this I backed away preparing to use my [divine dress] as silver aura is emitted around my body.

However as I was about to manifest my [Divine Dress] she suddenly stopped the output of her death energy as she gazes towards the direction where I felt Regina was fighting earlier.

"Hmm? I see..." She mutters as she looks at a direction.

"It seems our fun has come to an end... Its a pity however it is now time for me to go. We shall continue this next time." She said before flying towards the direction where Regina is fighting. Seeing this I immediately followed as Regina is alone there.

I then saw that the space fluctuated behind the mysterious girl as two more figures came out.

I landed near Regina as we watched them cautiously.

"Shizu, Elena its time to go." Spoke the unarmed masked person.

"Boss, we need to go. Lena as well." Said the masked spearman towards the mysterious girl.

The mysterious girl then went out of her Balance Breaker. She dispersed the malevolent aura that was around her. The aura earlier was terrifying and can instantly kill weaker people around her.

Im assuming she is their leader the one referred to as [Poison Dragon].

The mysterious girl then rose her katana and pointed it towards Regina and said.

"Queen of Heroes... No, Regina! I shall await the day we meet again. I Yaegaki Shizuku of [Phantom] awaits you!" Saying so she left into the portal along with the others.

Regina purified the left over corrosive poison and malevolent aura. Father crashed down as we found out Vali Onii-chan betrayed us and joined the Khaos Brigade.
