PROLOGUE

Outside, the atmosphere was showing all the colors of the rainbow but black, the night sky was glowing with the illumination of stars. It was indicating how big the universe was and how small the creatures were.

A black angry cloud appeared in the sky and started to roar, that cloud scared the illumination of stars. Just like a creature of the universe, who was roaring inside a castle and scaring a defeated creature.

A castle of blackness in the 'Dark World'. Where everything was black or red, denoting the Darkness and Blood. The Queen was just like the castle. A soul of darkness, without heart, kindness, sympathy, just cruelty, and brutality.

In a moment, the once illuminating sky, now, was covered with black clouds. A spark of light appeared in the black hazes for a moment then it disappeared. A few seconds later a cruel roar echoed through the clouds which shudder the heart of every creature.

Inside the castle, a room was hidden in pitch black. A spark of light lightened it for a moment then again it went dark. That cruel uproar again sounded followed by the raindrops. The sky was crying because that cruel black cloud had snatched the illumination of the stars. Just like the defeated creature of the universe was crying inside that room in front of that cruel creature.

The atmosphere inside the room was as same as outside; the fight between shine and dark. The difference between outside and inside was just one thing. Outside, it was a battle between sky and storm, and inside, it was a war between two Queens.

The Queen with the black soul, her appearance was composed of darkness, a symbol of cruelty, brutality, death, and Evil. Her long black wavy hairs were falling freely on her shoulders just like her long black gown was caressing the ground. The only shining thing was her amber eyes, whose shine was like deadly heated lava, which was ready to burn every creature in the world.

The room again brightened up with a spark of light followed by the harsh sound. The sky was continuously crying on his fate, on the fate of the bright Queen.

The Queen with a luminous soul, her appearance was composed of light that shimmered like a bright star in the darkest night. She was a symbol of peace, kindness, love, life, humanity, mercy, and a lot more. There was a whole dictionary of her loving nature. Her golden hairs were like the shining of the sun, her blue eyes were a peaceful ocean. Her milky white skin was covered in a red gown. She had bent down on the cold floor, her knees were kissing the ground.

The black Queen contemplated at the bright Queen. There was a smirk on her face as if she was enjoying her victory and failure of the bright Queen.

Only if she knew.

"Any last wish?" The voice of the black Queen imitated alarmingly in the room. "Don't take hope, I am just asking." She smirked.

"Then...what is the use of telling you?" The voice of the bright Queen trembled but still, it appeared so dominant. She was defeated but she was also content. She was near to her death but she wasn't afraid of death.

The spark of light was again lightened up in the room and the harsh sound was again resounded in the silent yet frightening atmosphere.

"Let's change the question then." The black Queen suggested, acting like contemplating over her question. Then she looked at the bright Queen with a serious face. "Where is she?" She gritted her sharp teeth, showing anger on her perfect face. Then took a step towards the bright Queen and her black hair bounced from her shoulders.

"Who?" The bright Queen asked, faking a dumbfounded face, then she laughed. Her laughter was echoing in the room, making the black Queen more offended. She knew she was going to die but again she wasn't afraid of death.

"No problem. Soon... I will find her and that day will be supposed to her last day of life." The black Queen snapped with anger as her eyes shined red. At the same time, the clouds roared more pointedly, seemed like in approval with black Queen.

"Not possible, Honey!" The bright Queen retorted with a sweet satisfying smile plastered on her rosy pink lips. She knew that the black Queen would never be able to find her because she had hidden her at the far corner of the universe, in between some other creatures.

"You can never reach her, not in this life of yours. She will come on her own and that day will be the last day of your life." The bright Queen gritted her teeth, but with a bright smile. Her voice held commitment, in the darkness, it was like a signal of enthusiasm and hope.

Now, that was the time, the bright Queen had to take her last step. It was still raining outside, continuously, with lightning and thundering. The bright spark of thunder flashed on her face, she was still smiling aware of the fact that she was near to darkness, the eternal sleep.

The black Queen became aggressive hearing the words of the bright Queen. Her anger rose like when a lava blast and took everything in its approach. She blew a strong spell on the bright Queen. In the speed of light, the bright Queen thumped on the cold floor and winced in pain. With every passing moment, she was moving near to her death.

The spark of light again lightened up in the room as a louder thunder roared. The rain was continuously falling on the earth, creating noise.

"Save yourself first." The black Queen shouted. She enchanted a spell under her breath as her eyes glinted like a fireball, her black hairs were flying in the air. She was using her all powers to kill the bright Queen once and for all. It was a golden chance for her to kill her and she didn't want to lose it.

The bright Queen weakly smiled and gathering herself, ignoring the deadly pain in every cell of her being, she stood up. She knew she had to do something to stop this darkness at least for '20 years'. She was unstable and powerless in comparison to the Black Queen. Still, she started to enchant a spell.

The tension in the room was increasing as both Queens were enchanting their spells at the same time. The sky was continuously crying and the clouds were roaring more loudly. Every creature in the 'Crystal World' was praying to stop a big disaster but looked like destiny had some other plans.

Meanwhile, a sword appeared in the hands of the Black Queen. A grayish colored sword with a rough texture and a pointed edge. Sharp enough to split a person's head just in one move. She held it tightly, moving it upwards as she gave one last glance at the bright Queen, ready to end this.

On the other hand, the bright Queen held her hands up then slowly taking them downward like gathering air in it, she shaped a ball in her hands. A glittering golden ball with little shiny sparks, shining and moving to and fro inside it. She closed her eyes and murmured under her breath, 'Could Not Go Out Of This Castle For 20 Years.' She opened her blue eyes which were shining like the crystals of bright blue ocean, only to found a sword in the black Queen's hand.

Both Queens stared at each other, both had their last chance to do the last thing. The spark of light shined brighter than before as their faces glowed in the light. The clouds roared louder for the last time and then everything went silent.

A pure silence prevailed in there as if nothing had happened with the weather. Everything went quiet as if there was no rain, no thunder, no storm, and not even roaring of clouds. Nothing. Just pure silence. A threatening one.

"Goodbye!" The black Queen broke the silence and smirked.

"Good luck, Honey!" The bright Queen retorted as she bounced the sparkle ball upwards in the air and it exploded. The tiny sparkles wrapped the whole castle under a golden shining wall, leaving no escape for the black Queen for 20 years.

"You!" The black Queen screamed, realizing the fact of the bright Queen spell, and throw the sword at the bright queen. Gritting her teeth in anger, she disappeared somewhere in the form of a bat.

The sword hit the bright Queen's head with full force. It knocked her forehead from the front and exited from the back. A loud scream echoed in the room as the bright Queen fell on the cold floor. The red liquid trailed down on the ground from her head, leaving marks of a ruthless act for centuries.

A lone tear escaped her eye, but as a mother, not as a Queen. As a Queen, she wasn't afraid of her death but as a mother she was afraid. She was afraid of her child protection. She knew she had sent her to a safe place but still, there was a fear in her heart, like every other mother in this whole universe.

But before she could release her last breath, she heard a muffled voice, almost a faint whisper in the air, and then everything went blank.

"Don't worry. I'll protect her." These words were spoken by the muffled voice.
