Chapter 5

A familiar Voice made Max turn around, there he saw Neil giving him a warm smile, he's the same height as Max 'hello senior Neil' Max said as he lowers his head and raises his hand for respect.

'are you going to meet up with your friend right now?' Neil crosses his arms as he ask

'yes, why?' Max responded with a monotoned voice

Neil then grabs something from his pocket and gives it to Max 'Your friend Gem, forgot about this at my place, I would've given it to him myself but I have some things to do' Neil said with a friendly tone

Max takes the object, which is a necklace that Gem always wears but which appears to be damaged. He says, "Oh thank you Senior Neil, I'll be sure to tell him, but.." but just as he starts to say it, Neil vanishes, leaving Max completely baffled.

He continued to walk while messaging his friends, sighing bitterly.

Rosa was the first to notice Gem's appearance, which included bite marks on his collar and red stains on his neck. Taking Gem's hand, Rosa.

'Gem what the hell?!, did you hook up with someone who likes to play rough sex!?' Rosa said as she gave him a pained look, worrying about Gem

'oi what the fuck! you weren't that worried when I showed you mine?!' Luis said grumbling at Rosa

'oh please, you enjoy roughness anyways Luis' Rosa said sarcastically

Max raises his hand and places it to Luis' shoulder 'yeah Luis, you're like a wild animal who doesn't like normal sex' Max said as he smirked at Luis

Luis became frustrated and gave the middle finger to Max and Rosa

'Oh you're not denying it Luis, I've known you longer than them yet they still see right through you hahahah' Gem said as he gave an amusement face on teasing Luis

Luis crosses his arms and just faces them away

'haha, anyways enough about that, Gem what happened to you' Rosa said as she moved gem's face left and right

'is it because of senior Neil?' Max interrupted making them look at Max, Rosa looked back at Gem 'you mean that Gem and Senior Neil, wait Max give us some context please, I don't understand' Rosa became confused

'wait Max how the fuck do you know that!, Luis did you tell them!?' Gem exclaimed causing him to have a flustered face

'what!? no! I didn't say shit about you Getting fucked!' Luis responded with a yell

'wait you got fucked!?, Gem! Explain now! I thought you didn't like getting it because of what happened to you during our junior high!' Rosa screamed

'Luis you idiotic Punk ass Hoe!' Gem angrily said as he showed an embarrassed expression

'oh jeez, I shouldn't have said anything if this is gonna cause some chaos' Max sighed and placed his hand to his head as if he had a headache

'settle down you guys!' Max said calmly

the three looked at Max with an angry expression

'Max, how did you even know about that?!, If Luis didn't tell shit then how?!, did someone tell you??' Gem said with a displeased look

Max shakes his head 'No' Max said as he shows the broken necklace to them 'Senior Neil asked me to give this to you, apparently you forgot it from his apartment, I was confused at first why your necklace was with him, turns out seeing you looking like that made me realized on what is going on' When Max was talking Rosa let go of Gem, making Gem grab the Necklace, looking at it

'i was wondering why my neck felt so empty' Gem said

"Gem, tell us what happened before Rosa over there feels like she's about to murder someone right now," Max said, putting his hand on Gem's shoulder. Rosa appeared to be punching the air as Gem turned to face her.

Gem sighed and told them what had happened but he didn't tell them how he was forced to do more than what he had asked.

the three of them remained silent and sighed, feeling relief,happy ,disappointed and worried at the same time

'okay look, I'm happy that he didn't push or be harsh to you this time, but Gem, he has a girlfriend remember??, you should've still refused!' Rosa said with a disappointment tone

Gem couldn't say anything and felt guilty

Max sighed 'okay look, I'll go and grab some food okay?, do you guys want some rice too?' Max said

Gem and Luis nodded In agreement

'oh, I'm all good' Rosa said, Max went away and ordered some food

someone started to approach them, a slim figure seems to be angry to someone

As they glanced on who the person was

*SLAP*

Gem got slapped out of nowhere causing people to look at them

'Oi bitch! what the hell was that for!' Luis said with a raised voice giving the slim figure a surprised and angry expression

Rosa was too surprised to act and just looked at Gem

Gem touches his face where he got slapped making him look who it was, and It was An, Neil's girlfriend whose eyes were filled with rage and looked like she cried a lot.

'you bastard!, How dare you Make a move to my boyfriend! Have you got no shame at all!?' An said as her voice shakes with a complex look

Gem couldn't say anything as to how he got so guilty about what he did, despite that even if Neil was okay on that, Gem couldn't refuse he knows that Neil was drunk that time and he wasn't, thinking about it makes it worse for him

Luis and Rosa were about to defend Their friend but Gem lifts his hand where Rosa and Luis are, telling them to stop

He got close to where An is 'Senior An, I'm really sorry I know I shouldn't have done that! I was Drunk! Senior Neil was drunk too!' Gem's voice started to crack because his guilt keeps on getting heavier as he keeps remembering the things he and Neil did, it's the one thing that he hated the most, Cheating

Someone covers Gem's eyes, making him flinch and freeze.

'You didn't have to be so harsh to him An' A deep voice said

'Senior Neil?' Rosa said her eyes widened from surprised

'Ayo this motherfucker really showed up just to Make the flame go bigger' Luis said as he rolled his eyes

'Is that really how you talk to your Senior, Luis?, or should I tell everyone on what you and a certain senior did' Neil said as he side eyeing Luis making Luis shut his mouth with a flushed face

'don't tell me you kno-' As Luis was about to say something, Neil cut him off 'An, I told you earlier, that if I told you the truth, you wouldn't hurt him!' with a cold face

Luis then looked at Gem's condition and made him realize that Gem doesn't like it when someone covers his eyes 'Senior Neil! Remove your hands from Gem's eyes! he doesn't like that! can't you see he's uncomfortable!' Luis shouted as he gave him a worried look

Neil tilts his head towards Gem checking on him, realizing that he's biting his lips until it bled, Neil's eyes widen, worried about Gem, he immediately removes his hand

An looked at them looking even more pissed how the two Men started to flirt with each other to people's eyes 'Neil!, Don't you see that I'm right here!?, am I just some sick joke to you Neil?!' An said with a trembling voice, clenching her fist

'An, please, calm yourself down, you don't want me to get mad at you right?, we've known each other for so long, you know what I'm like when I'm made' Neil said

'Then tell me the reason why you wanted to break up with me!?' An said with a trembling voice as if she's about to cry

'I...it's because I felt guilty okay?! I was drunk! and you told me that I was making out with him and disappeared with him!' Neil said trying not to look at An's eyes

An's tears started to roll down from her cheeks 'Yes I know but I'm going to forgive you for that because I knew you were drunk!, you weren't aware!! but this guy...'

'I slept with him okay!?, that's one of the reasons why I wanted to break up with you! because I felt extremely guilty to the point I can't even take it back!' Neil said with a frustrated yet sad tone

Everyone looked shocked what they had just heard right now especially An.

Neil started to squeeze his hand on Gem's shoulder without him realizing

Gem flinches and looks, he could not stand about the argument anymore he couldn't stay quiet, He grabs Neil's hand making it to release His grip from his shoulder, he then inhaled and exhaled 'Senior An, I, I really am sorry! I really do! I..Just...I..' Gem said trying to hold his tears as his voice started to crack, trembling in sadness and guilt

Neil looked at Gem without any expression at all

Luis and Rosa then try to comfort Gem But Neil suddenly pulls Gem much closer to him and wraps his arm around Gem's shoulder

'Gem, it's okay, it's not your fault, you were drunk too right?' Neil asked

Gem didn't even answer because his mind is filled with guilt, his expression looked sad mixed with disgust because of himself.

An wanted to say something but Max arrived on time making him break the ice 'hey guys I got us our food, sorry it took a while, didn't expect them to have a lot of....costumer ..s..' Max said but was surprised on what he's witnessing right now

Rosa saw Max she went to grab Luis and Gem's hand making Neil letting go of Gem, and dragged them with her 'what a great timing Max!, let's get out of here and go look somewhere to sit down!' Rosa said with a Nervous smile

Max understood what Rosa meant, 'Hello Seniors' Max said as he raised his hand in respect and they left them

the other people who were watching them started to walk away and murmurs

While they leave Neil quickly glanced over to An and grabs her hand, dragged her somewhere private

as soon as they arrive at their secret place, Jun and his other friends are also there

An started to slouch 'gosh this is tiring' An tiredly said

Neil quickly releases An's hand and starts to laugh

Jun looked at where Neil and An were standing

'so Handsome guy, how did it go?' Jun said as he relaxed himself on the bench

Neil sat down besides Jun and started to lit up a cigar 'it was believable, everyone was in complete shock because of it hahahahaha' Neil said as he smoke

An rolled her eyes 'Fuck you Neil, it literally made me feel like I was the bad one, the boy literally looked like his about to cry Neil!' An said with a stressed tone

'haaha really? dang how bad was it?' Jun asked with a smirk and a curious look as he smoked

An sat down at the end of the bench 'Had enough that people stared at us, if Neil didn't threaten me to do what he had asked, I wouldn't have approached them yet, they were literally standing near the entrance of the university!, not just that I made the boy feel extremely guilty because of it!' An said as she rest her head to her hand against the table

'oh shit that's just bad but What can you say about it, Our friend here is just totally in love with this cute junior of ours or should I say Junior of Jun' His friend said named Lay

Their other friend tapped the table 'But like seriously Neil, why so harsh on him?, you were mean to him the first day he came to this school, next thing I knew you slept with him' his friend named Raymond, (nicknamed as Ray) said with a flat tone.

'im just teasing him y'know, and the fact that his expression shows that he's really guilty about him sleeping with me is just making me want to tease him more' Neil responded with a serious yet playful tone

Jun shakes his head 'your head of yours is fucked up' Jun said with a sarcastic tone as he punches Neil's shoulder softly

'lets face it, you both have a fucked up head, you're no different Jun' An replied as she looked the both of them

'hey!, what did I do to be categorized like him!' Jun said with a displeased face and tone

'its already obvious!, think about it dumbass, What you did to your junior, sleeping with him when he's drunk, you're no different from him so yeah' An said with a serious tone

Jun scratches the back of his head, trying to think, and realizes that it's a non consent sexual inter course and takes advantage of him even tho he's drunk.

'haha, idiot' Ray said in a joking way

'whatever Jay' Jun responded as he used his phone

'But like serious question tho Neil, were you actually drunk that time?' An asked as she raise one eyebrow

'nope I was completely sobber, I only had a few drinks anyways haha' Neil said with a smile

'that reminds me, Neil, there's something I wanna ask about' Ray said as he looked at Neil

Neil looked back 'Shoot' Neil said as he blows out the smoke

'why did you decide to mess with him?, as far as I know, you're as straight as a line, you only dated girls before, are you perhaps in a closet or something?' Ray asked

Neil went silent for a moment

Ray,An,Jun and Lay looked at Neil with curious eyes

'I actually don't know, that's what I'm curious and confused about as well, I've never thought about dating or having sex with a guy before, and I've only been interested with girls, but the moment I first saw him, my body reacted, and it's making me creeped out about myself as if there's this hidden inner self telling me to make him mine alone make him...' Neil's eyes looked so serious, he briefly stopped talking and shook his head in denial

'forget it, you've asked too much Ray' Neil said trying to avoid contact because he couldn't believe in himself

An was pretty spooked on how Neil is acting, as if he's about to do something bad to their Junior

'theres one more that I'm curious but, I don't think it's such a good idea to ask now' Ray said nervously as he stood up.

everyone went silent after they heard what Neil just said

Neil sighed, he throws his cigar to the ground and stepped on it making the flame go away 'Well it's fine, ask away, but I'm not going to say much tho, the air right now feels cold somehow' Neil suddenly said with a serious tone

Neil rest his clasped hands on the bench with a serious look, suddenly Jun hit Neil's Back making Him move towards the bench

'Jeez Neil, stop being serious, we just asked some simple questions no need to look like that as if you're about to do something shitty move' Jun said with a serious yet joking tone

An's eyebrow rose and started to smile

'haha yeah listen to father Jun Neil' Lay said with a sarcastic yet playful tone and smirked

Neil looked at them giving a small laugh and sighed

they suddenly joked around as if they forget the things Neil has said

Meanwhile

When 4 friends started to leave Max briefly looked where Neil and An were, giving them a glare and looked away.

they sat down and tried to enjoy the food that Max bought, Gem looked normal but he didn't even touch his food, especially the food his having is his favorite thing, skewered meat with wrapped rice. Max and Rosa looked at Gem, trying to think of a way to make him feel better, suddenly

*SLAM*

Luis slammed the table making the three flinch and look at him confused

'Thats it! Them being seniors or not! I don't give a fuck anymore! I'm going to give them a piece of my mind!' Luis took one last bite of his food and got up and started walking, but Gem stopped him by grabbing his hand

'Luis no!, things is going to get worse if you do that! hell what are you even going to tell them!?' Gem said with an agitated look and tone

'hes right Luis!, if you start saying shit about them, then everything's going to get worse! especially to Gem! An said with a cold tone looking unhappy that Luis is going to make things worse

Luis Looked at An clenching his fist 'But you saw and heard on what they did to Gem! they literally embarrassed Him' Luis said looking so angry that his face started to have lines

'guys enough!, just let it be!, they have the rights to be angry with me okay!, its all my fault!, I was sobber I should've declined!, I shouldnt have done it, that's it!' Gem said with a serious yet angry voice, clenching his fist as he frowns

Max doesn't know what to do but just to pat Gem's Back, thinking what to say but couldn't

Rosa placed her hand to her own forehead with a clenched fist, Mad, disappointed, sad she doesn't even know what to feel anymore. Same as Luis, trying to calm himself

'look guys, I'm not a young kid anymore we are all adults now, and it's our first day of class, things will get better soon okay?' Gem said with a calm but sad voice, He hold his chin and started to look afar, watching people walk and eat

everyone went silent

'Arent you guys going to eat?' Gem said trying to silence

Luis walks to where he was sitting before stomping and sat down, eating angrily

Rosa too started to eat as well as Max

the air looked very uncomfortable

5 minutes later their break time finished, they didn't talk much when they went to their separate building

Gem and his friends couldn't concentrate their class, especially Gem, he seems to be in a daze, he couldn't even notice that students are looking at him

('its just the second day for me here, and all went to shithole, my friends became so worried that we couldn't even talk with each other normally, AUGH AY SHIT') Gem mumbled as he frowned, feeling so frustrated and angry.

The class finally ended

*VRR VRR*

Gem looked at his phone

'Okay Rosa and I talked, and wanted to say sorry about earlier, if it's fine with all of you, let's hang out to my house 🤤' Luis texted

'😁* sorry this is what I meant to send*' Luis immediately texted again

Gem slightly smiled at Luis' wrong send of Emoji because he knew that He uses that emoji to message people whom he is interested with

'alright' Max replied

'okay but I have to go home first, I didn't shower and change my clothes since morning' Gem replied

'wait so you're saying you didn't shower after sex?' Rosa replied

'No wonder I smell something bad coming from you 💀' Luis replied

'Coincidentally, you're the same as me Luis, I smell something coming from you' Gem replied as he smiled, walking while texting

'you guys, a classmate of mine saw your messages from my phone, y'all nasty as hell' Max replied

'I didn't have time to take a shower Max'Gem said In a low voice suddenly A notification popped up

'We need to talk'

Gem stopped walking and looked confused, because it was an unknown number

'This is Neil, Meet me at the rice shop I'll send you the location'

Gem looked surprised and worry at the same time, he hesitates for a moment and texted back that he will meet him there.

'you guys go on without me, I have something to do first's Gem replied in the group chat and started to walk fast to where the rice shop is.
