They sexually bond but the next morning, he is nowhere to be found and Morgana is later captured by her mate who was ever ready to punish and torture her.  What she didn't know was that she had kissed a Lycan King and he made her Luna of his park, the Royal blue Park and had chosen her as his mate. When he rescues her later, he takes her to his park but life in the Royal blue park wasn't as she expected.  As Morgana deals with a new park problem, finding out about the Lycan king's past marriage and enemies, she finds out that she's different from other werewolves. Will the Lycan king protect her when she finds she was pregnant on her own too or will she have to compete for his  attention? Will she navigate this challenge and hopefully finally do the impossible- uniting the werewolves, the Lycans and Vampires.

XAVIER

I felt totally bad when I left Morgana back there. There was so much that I  had to explain to her but I couldn't say it at the moment because of how sad she felt.

"Shit." I cursed under my breath. I had wanted to explain these terms to her on a good day but it seemed fate wanted it this way. I felt bad that I had to drag her into my mess but the deed was done now and there was no going back.

He just had to fix this and the only way to do it was to stop the engagement party that was coming up in a few weeks. He needed to speak with Jessie, his betrothed wife hoping she would listen to him.

I entered my office which was also located at the Palace. I had a pretty tight schedule and I had to get things done as fast as I could to prevent lagging behind. The elders were already getting annoyed at how slow I have been in updating them with community works, and the warriors needed a new chief commander as the old one was now old and had to retire.

I took a deep breath hoping I wouldn't get a visitor today. I was already stressed out already and I didn't need anymore distraction.

"Good day, my Lord." It was my personal guard, Dom who has been with me ever since my father died. He was more than a friend to me.

"How has your day been, Dom?"

"Fine, my Lord. He bowed." He was standing with his hands on his back. "You had a bad day?"

"Huh?" I looked up at him and hissed. I didn't know that I had a sad expression on my face. "Nothing serious really."

"It looks serious to me." He said, obviously waiting for an answer but I wasn't ready to share any information about Morgana with anyone. Everyone in the Palace already knew that I had brought in a woman who looked ill.

"The strange woman." That's what they called her and I wanted it to remain that way, for the moment.

"Dom, help me make sure that Morgana eats, please. Send in two personal maids to her and make sure they take care of her."

"Alright, my Lord." He bowed before leaving. I trusted Dominic so much and I knew he would do a nice job. I was glad he had left at the time being because I had a lot to do.

"My Lord, Lady Jessie is here to see you." Another guard entered after knocking. I almost screamed when I heard that. I didn't want to see anyone, mostly not Jessie, not today but she was already here so I had to give her an audience or she would speak to my mother and I didn't want that.

"Let her in." I told him.

Before Jessie entered, her exquisite perfume was already making an expression in my office. Sometimes, I wonder how she manages to breathe with the much perfume she uses.

"My dear husband." She announced before fully entering the office. She approached me stretching out her hands in anticipation for a kiss there. I smiled and shook her. "I see you haven't gotten used to me, huh?" She said, going to take a seat on the brown sofa.

"How are you, Jessica?"

"Why are you always in this stuffy room?" She asked, looking around with this knowing disgusted look on her face.

"Well, you might not have noticed, Jessie but this is my office." I was being sarcastic but she didn't care. I knew what she had come to say to me and I could already feel my sweaty hands. "Why are you here?"

"Are you seriously asking me that? Are you." She turned to face me. Her make up today was a bit lighter and I acknowledged that she was a beautiful lady but she knew that already since that was all she said, every day. "Anyway, we need to plan our wedding."

I knew it!

I also knew that it was my mother that must have orchestrated this in the first place. After my father died from poison, she was so afraid for me. According to tradition, I wasn't supposed to have been crowned the Lycan king without a wife but my father's death was too sudden and an heir was needed on that throne.

Now, I was on the edge of being dismissed if I didn't get married quickly and my mother chose Jessie Jones, the daughter of a very powerful Alpha who was also a family friend so literally I and Jessie grew up together and everyone believed we should end up together except me.

"I know you don't like me but we have to go through with the plans and don't even think of embarrassing me. Everyone knows of our engagement so make it go well."

"Why are you doing this?" I asked her, leaning in on my chair. She stared back at me with those innocent eyes of hers which I had known to be kind and understanding. "From what I know you don't even like me so tell me why?"

"Who says I don't like you?" She said to me, turning away. "I do like you, I'm fact I like everything about you so please let's just go on with the engagement please."

I knew there was something else she was hiding from me. She never liked me to want to get married to me, that was why she opposed it in the beginning but now, it seemed she was so desperate for this marriage. It was one of the reasons I wanted to find out and I was hoping I would find out before the engagement so that it could be called off.

I stared at the open space as Jessie talked about the engagement preparations and everything concerning it but I wasn't focused for one moment on what she was saying. I could only think about Morgana and the fact that she was the one I wanted to have this conversation with but I had hurt her.

"Xavier? Are you even listening?" Jessie screamed, bringing me back to reality. "I'm going to speak to the Queen mother."

Oh no.
