Power of the Sea

The power stored in the trident was so great, it was literally radiating off it in waves of golden light. Kaler felt it almost as soon as he had entered the room, a primordial power strong enough to level cities with a thought. Now, it was being turned on him. Seeing no other choice but to escape, Kaler dashed backward, causing the opponent to strike the floor, evading what would have otherwise been a lethal swing.

*BANG!!*

The collision sent shockwaves through the throne room, it felt like the tremor from an earthquake. The ground shook relentlessly, the walls looked like they were made of jelly and the glass above them wobbled uneasily, threatening to shatter and let the sea drown them. Kaler felt the vibrations through his whole body, and he felt his insides being shaken. One swing of this mighty weapon caused such a mighty tremors. Kaler shuddered to think what would happen if he were hit directly.
