Pupilliam's words were filled with desperation and Allen looked at Kazuya properly for the first time since he arrived. He has lost a lot of weight, and his mana levels are weak, most likely due to the illness.

Allen grabbed hold of his head and used his magic to make Kazuya lay down on the bed. "The best accommodation for this sick fool is here."
His tent is the only one with the bed aside from the third Princess, and the later is not an option.
