*Mature Content* *** Sample-} "Shut the door!" His voice startled me and I gulped, reaching for the door and slamming it shut. I turned back to see him sitting crossed leg on the sofa, his hand resting against the chair, and his eyes pinned on mine. "Why are you here?" He asked and I couldn't form any words out of my mouth. "And tell me why you can't stop looking at me." "Sir?!" My blood ran cold and my cheeks flushed deep red at his question. My words left my throat and the boss smirked at my reaction. "Just like now, you're staring at me and avoiding my eyes. Do you find me that attractive, hm? Do you?" He asks with a mischievous gleam in his eyes. "I'm...not-sir. I mean...um... it's not like you are ugly, sir. It's just that... you...you are staring at me that's why…" I stuttered over my words, waving my hand at him as if trying to explain my outburst of utter rubbish. My cheeks burned with embarrassment and I wished the floor would open up to swallow me. "I stare at you because you stare at me." He said to me, a dark gleam filling those eyes as he ran them down my body. *** A story of twin sisters and one man. The wrong twin in the right place...

Nightclub: The CEO And I

Delana's POV

I woke up instantly, remembering the stranger had taken me to my destination even without asking me. I panicked, looking around, it was night already and I was in a dark alley.

It was a night I could never forget. A cold dark night when I lost everything.

I still remember the smell of burning cigarettes and the bright moon shining down in me as I stepped out of the car, a cold gush of air hitting me so I rubbed my arms.

But as much as I tried to take this night off my mind, I was reminded of the horror and pain that came with it.

"Watch it, girl!" I heard a deep voice from behind me so I turned to see a buff looking man with a long beard and cigarette between his lips.

I stepped backwards away from him, looking around frantically when I saw the handsome man who had offered me a ride. But what happened after he stopped at my workplace? Why were we suddenly here?

None of them said anything for a while and I stepped back. And a third man joined them, he had long black hair and a scary face and a shiver of fear ran down my spine.

"We should leave now." The man who smoked said, pointing to the end of the alley and I gulped, glacing curiously between them.

"But boss..." The other one with a scary face started to say only to be cut off by him.

"Let her go! You can see that she doesn't know." The handsome man who had picked me up ordered before turning to me. "You may go now."

"Thank you, sir." I answered before running as fast as my legs could carry me, not turning to look at the men. Soon I could see civilization once more and my work place ahead.

My heart thumped loudly in my chest at the thought of the men coming to grab me back to the alley. Was this a game? A test? What were they talking about?

A thousand thoughts ran through my head and soon I was entering the building where I worked as an errand girl, the loud sound of music storming out of the speakers in the club.

"Delana?!" My colleague screamed my name the minute she saw me. A cold look on her face as she stepped in front of me. Anna was a tall slim girl who admired herself a little too much.

"Yeah? I-I'm...sorry for coming late." I apologized, looking away from her intense stare.

An aura of dominance surrounded her since she was promoted to assistant manager and I avoided her gaze, looking around the club. The night club was a private club for the big men in the city and while I had gotten a job here based on luck, I was focused on my duties but Anna didn't think so.

"That is what you do best! These few times you've been here have been a constant headache for me! I don't just know why you are still here with us! You are just so low for me!" Anna yelled at me, causing a few heads to turn in our direction.

Tears glittered around my eyes but didn't fall. The last thing I wanted to do was look pathetic in her presence.

"Just get the hell out of my sight and do what you are supposed to do!"

"Y-yes, Anna." I responded, leaving to the dressing room to put on my uniform. A black pants and a skyblue t-shirt with black sandals.

"Get that champagne and send it to room nine. It's already written there on the sticky note!" Anna came in, glancing at me approvingly.

"Yes Anna." I headed to the bar and got the drinks, placing them neatly on a tray before leaving to room nine.

"Welcome Sirs." I greeted the fine men that were seated in room nine after being permitted to enter. The scent of expensive cologne waffled through my nose as I looked at the men who sat round a table. They were all in designer suits and appeared to have left work a few hours ago. I felt their gaze on me as I walked to their table dropping the tray carefully on it.

I finally bright my eyes to their face and I froze as I recognised them from the alley. What? My breath left my throat as I took a step back.

"Oh no!" I exclaimed.

The other men whose faces weren't familiar frowned at my reaction but I kept my gaze on the two men from the alley.

"What is this?" I whispered, the handsome man who had dropped me off, turned to me curiously.

"Who is that girl?" That boss asked, before facing the man sitting beside him.

The other men engaged in various conversations, ignoring me and pouring wine into their glasses. I started to feel uncomfortable under the other gazes and I bit down my lip.

"I don't think I've seen that girl before." The man said, glancing at me briefly.

"Yes, you haven't, boss. She's the new girl we hired." Another man answered who I imagined as the manager.

I had figured the handsome man was the boss of the clique because of the deadly aura that bled around him.

I picked the wine and poured it into their glasses to keep my hands busy. I tried to wrap my head around who these men were, and why they were here but I couldn't think straight with their eyes boring holes into me.

I looked up to meet the gaze of the boss and a blush stained my cheeks as I quickly turned away, dropping the bottle and standing upright.

"Oh really? But why wasn't I told about it?" The handsome boss asked the manager who was still standing in front of him while making eye contact with me.

Why can't I look away? What's going on? I asked myself, unable to tear my gaze away from him. That was the first time it was happening to me.

"I'm sorry, boss. You were out on a business trip. We didn't want to disturb you." The manager said.

"It's ok Daniel. But next time don't let me remind you to send resumes!"

"Yes, boss." Mr. Daniel, who was the manager, replied to the boss respectfully.

Why was the manager calling this man boss? I asked myself, listening to their conversation as I tried to grasp an understanding of their conversation.

"Send her to my office now! I need to access her first." The boss suddenly said and a bolt of shock shot through me.

"Yes, boss." The manager walked towards me. "You are called Delana. That's our boss. Go to him." I nodded, glacing fearfully between the two men before walking to him.

A shiver of fear ran through me as I came to an understanding that the handsome man who had driven me here was my boss. The owner of the night club.

"Welcome, sir." I greeted shyly, bowing slightly. He rose immediately, towering above me and I shivered in fear, not daring to look up at him.

"Follow me!" He said in a deep voice before walking past me. I sighed, before following behind him. He led me to a door and I remembered it was the door to what my colleague called the 'Special office'. Walking inside, there was a huge sofa and a round table at the center with a huge chandelier hanging from the ceiling.

"Shut the door!" His voice startled me and I gulped, reaching for the door and slamming it shut.

I turned back to see him sitting crossed leg on the sofa, his hand resting against the chair, and his eyes pinned on mine.

"Why are you here?" He asked and I couldn't form any words out of my mouth.
