Chapter 84 : Bridal Shopping

*Matthew's POV*

The whole reason I brought her to Canada was to protect her and to get her away from everything going on in life, and yet, here she was, still glued right to it.

I wanted to say something, but not in front of Chase, so I bit my tongue and turned back around. Liza seemed to finally notice my presence and quit singing.

Too bad, she was doing a great job, actually.

"Um, hello," Liza said into the mic. "Did I do something wrong?"

She had a slight accent, but her voice sounded just as sweet when she was talking as when she was singing. Millions of ideas on how to market her started going through my mind.

I reached over and pushed on the button to communicate inside of the room. "No, you're doing a great job. I just came to observe."

"Do you need me to come out?" she asked, grabbing the headphones.

"No, no," I hurried to say. I didn't want to interrupt their productive session. "We better be leaving anyway. Keep up the great work, though."
