Chapter 60 : Dress to Impress

The next two days pass by in a blur.
The trial continues as planned with nothing else new coming up. The witnesses had begun to testify and it was the same witnesses and the same statement as the first time around.
You would think that would make me immune to it, but hearing the story of your baby’s kidnapping over and over again by multiple nurses, doctors, cops, et cetera was hard on the mental health.
It was bad enough that I had to remember it, I didn't want to hear about it…
And because there were so many members of the hospital and the police force that werethere, we had to hear it over and over and over and over and over again for the whole two days.
I thought it would never end and at times, I thought I was going to be sick.
