Chapter 44 : Damage Control
*Matthew's POV*
I was still sitting in my office when the pinging came over my computer for a virtual call. I picked up on the second set of sounds. The call was my idea, so I was ready for it.
"Everybody here?" I asked as the PR team member's faces appeared in each of their boxes.
All I heard were yeses, so I continued.
"Perfect. I wanted to start this meeting to address the social media posts and the interview from Brett that are starting to gain some traction now." I impressed even myself sometimes at how well I could flip the switch into business mode. "I think that we need a plan of action before this gets out of hand."
"I agree 100%," Scott, head of the PR department, stated. "We need to address it now before it continues to spiral."
There was a mumble of agreement from the rest of the team.
"Alright, so what is the plan?" I asked. "What would you recommend?"
