Chapter 32 : Charity Case
*Trinity's POV*
Matthew was quiet as he and I stepped into the elevator. I could hear his rapid breathing on our way down, getting more and more calm with each floor.
Wait. That was too many floors.
I looked over at the buttons and realized that he had pushed the button for the basement garage, not the recording studio. Matthew didn't seem concerned though as we continued to descend. Maybe there was something else he had forgotten to grab as well? He was still upset enough that I didn't want to bother him.
I glanced over and noticed that he had tipped his head back and had closed his eyes. Definitely didn't want to bother him. With his eyes closed though, I took advantage of the opportunity to openly stare at him. Was Matthew so tall? And I had never noticed how snug his suit was against his chest and upper arms.
For the first time, I wanted to see what was under the suit. Before I could stop myself, my hand went up and reached for his arms. I HAD to touch those muscles.
