Chapter 26 : You're Fired
*Trinity's POV*
The rest of the weekend passed by agonizingly slow as I tried to keep off my feet and adjust to my empty feeling house. The ER doctor had called and confirmed that I, indeed, had preeclampsia and that meant that I was supposed to take it as easy as possible.
Not to mention of course that I had to return to the hospital to pick up some medications to help with my blood pressure and to help the baby develop a little quicker. They had also told me that I most likely would not be able to carry the baby to term. Just what I had needed to hear after a stressful and emotional morning.
Of course, I would be locked inside basically on bedrest to deal with my emotions of Nate's stuff being gone. That was the only explanation I could think of for the nightmares. Well that, and the medication that I was now on. But I was sure that it was mostly the emotional changes that were messing with me.
