Episode 24: Atrocious 2

Rai is bouncing around the room as they blast Dragon Rages all around, even 2 hits and he's done for. He uses Thunder Shock, but the 3 foes just take it with minimal damage. While Rai is fighting for his life, Eve is trying to grab her supplies amidst the chaos. She is almost slapped away by a Gyarados, but Rai steps in the way and takes the hit for her.

Rai: Just grab the thing and run!

Eve: Bu-

Rai: Just go!

Rai pushes Eve out of the room, the barrier stopping Eve from returning. Rai uses another Thunder Shock and takes out one of the Gyarados.

Rai: Now its a little more far. Now it's a 2v1.

Dos: You cocky little ra-

Rai speeds around to use Thunder Shock on Gyar.

Rai: Nevermind, a 1v1.

Dos: Okay, it's time for me to take you a little serious.

Dos shoots multiple Dragon Rages, surrounding them in a ring of purple fire. They charge at each other, Rai hitting Dos with a Slam and Dos hitting Rai with a Tackle, both of them knocking the other close to the edge of the circle. If either of them touch the flames, the battle will end. They stand there, the first to knock the other into the flames wins.

Rai: ...

Dos: ...

Rai shoots another Thunder Shock at Dos, Dos shoots another Dragon Rage at Rai. The attacks collide with each other but Rai's Thunder Shock prevails and pushes Dos into the Dragon Rage flames. The barrier turns off and the flames disappear and Rai walks out with the supplies to Eve who's waiting for him.

Eve: You really did it...

Rai: If I want to help Leon and the rest of my friends I have to be strong.

Eve: ...You confuse me.

The 2 of them sit on the edge of the boat, staring at the stars and the sea.

Eve: I didn't tell you thank you yet.

Rai: No need, you already gave me 6 rare candies, that's thanks enough.

Eve: I want to give you this too. I have an extra thunder stone now so I might as well give it to you. When you feel like you need to evolve, just pull this out and absorb it's energy.

Rai: Really? Thanks, you really didn't have to do this.

Eve: It's okay, we're friends now.

Just then, she begins to glow, evolving into a new unseen form, with all black fur and yellow rings.

Eve: Wow, I guess Eevee's have even more potential.

Rai: So what are you going to do now?

Eve: I might go travel to other regions to continue my research. We'll see.

She walks away to her room, Rai going back to his friends.
