We came to rest at the same hotel we were during our first time here in this town. Now that the police are aware of who we are, Valery and I decided to take a few more safety measures in order not to be identified so quickly. However, we haven't gotten into a final conclusion of what we would do as we remembered we ought to report our progress back to Madam Boss on an extremely easy shard to find.
The police who acted like trainers were also unbelievable since they were at their Pidgeot. I think one of them doesn't have one. Perhaps forcing myself to listen to Virgo all this time was an extremely good idea.
"There's a few more left for you to accomplish," said Madam Boss. "You two are doing remarkable. And the bad news?"
"They know about us now," said Valery.
"Who is they?"
"The police! They copied Leaf and Blue, trainers from the Kanto region, according to Luna!"
"Leaf and Blue? Blue was once a trainer, but I think not now. He's a gym leader, If I'm not mistaken. Leaf on the other hand is having her own affairs in a different west region."
"Yes. That's another reason why I didn't believe them immediately."
"Oh come on. You never knew Blue was now a gym leader!" Virgo peaked into the conversation. "I never told you about that part yet," she said, winked, and walked away.
"Everything's looking fine back in headquarters I guess."
"Oh yes. Your friends are doing great. Charlotte's improving--"
"Zeal?"
"I don't know. I haven't seen her yet. Anyway, you'll be sent to Valkrie Island next. By then, there aren't any much checkpoints I assume as the next and last one would be at Vivaldi City. Your safe, but be vigilant. Police are still after you."
"Cool," said Valery.
"Oh, and wait." Madam Boss halted us. "Have you seen two Team Rocket spies around the area?"
"Team Rocket spies? No. Are there any secret support?" asked Valery.
"No. It's just that two of our uniforms were stolen and we were able to identify them in that archipelago."
"So, the imposters don't end here. First we have the professor, now more awful stuff in your government," I said. "We'll see to it that these two robbers get themselves mushed." I looked at Valery. "Unless someone gets frightened and sends us away again by tickling my Gardevoir!"
"Hehe!"
"You did that technique? That's very inhumane. I like you."
"Thanks!"
"Alright, this is starting to concern me. Where did you tickle my Gardevoir?"
"It's best if you don't know about it," Madam Boss uttered.
I said, "What's it that I don't know?"
"Yeah, yeah, she's definitely right on this one. We'll keep it a secret, but maybe if the mission is over, I'll tell you."
"Moving on. I expect you'll have no difficulties in getting yourselves aboard a ship at Amadeus. Leave as soon as possible so that you wouldn't be dealing with future police. What Valery did was just. Luna, for a person who had experiences with these authorities, you ought to listen her."
"Fine, I'm sorry. But you're not tickling my Gardevoir again."
"Hehe." She exhaled. "Rest assured, when I tell you, it isn't what you're thinking."
"Huh?"
She winked.
