Location: Azalea Town Pokemon International Police Branch
Time: Six in the Evening
Quietude filled the entire vicinity. Footsteps of officers and armored policemen walk around, watching and guarding all the captured members of the Rebirth Society. These are the grunts who were unable to escape during the call of their leader back to their respective ships. One of these grunts held captive is no other than Humboldt which apparently does not grab the detective's attention. He and the professor survived the fall of the tower.
In the interrogation room, Professor Violet was restrained unto the wooden chair as the guards leave the room to give a moment between her and the detective. Like mine before, there was only one hanging light above them and a one-sided mirror is located on the corner for other officials to watch the interrogation.
"So, you're Violet Gardenia am I correct?" The detective inquires while reading her bio inside a yellow folder.
"Yes, I am." She replies.
"And you're sis-"
"Don't mention her name. I had enough of that secretary freak." She interrupts, increasing her tone by a little.
"I thought you l-"
"Her? Of course, I love my sister but hell do I hate her too." She responds the way retards respond as constantly swirls her head.
"Ok then. So, you were once a member of the Pokemon Government Council according to your biography. You then switched to the Rebirth Society, and where do you plan to switch now?"
"To prison. Basically, I am stuck with nowhere to go. I'll be staring at the walls of black and white, that's pretty much it."
"Pfft. I'll take that as sarcasm."
"Yes, I am sarcastic. Are you planning to execute me? Mr.Detective?" She asks sarcastically.
"No. We're in the twentieth century. Execution was yesterday. Allow me to introdu-"
"Detective Looker. I know. Enough with the introduction please, I am too tired."
"Will you stop swirling your head."
"Why? I love it when I do it. If you plan to call me a retard then go ahead." She says, continuing to talk the detective sarcastically.
"I'm being serious. Please act like one too."
"And you're being a kid." She says and halts for about three seconds. She then continues, "And I am too."
"Anyway, I wanted to interrogate with you since I found something unusual in your lab coat. What is this?" The detective inquires, placing three serums on the table containing white liquid.
"Oh, those? They're not my work. I found that in the Hoenn Region and bought some from those um... I forgot their names."
"What do these liquid do? Is it harmful?"
"It depends on your definition of harmful. I mean, for me, brainwashing people seems pretty normal don't ya think?" She says, winking afterward.
"Brainwashing?! These liquids brainwash people?"
"And Pokemon." She corrects.
"What in the world have you eaten for dinner? I am being serious right here. For what cause will the Rebirth Society brainwash people? The people's lives are at stake if they drink this. You call brainwashing normal? More like villainy to me." Detective Looker becomes frustrated.
"Oh, no Mr.Detective. The Rebirth Society does not brainwash people nor do they intend to do so. I kept those serums for myself to investigate more about it and that is when I learned that its purpose is to damage the medulla oblongata of the brain. Once damaged, he or she may be controlled by a microchip."
"I see. So, you said you bought these products from the Hoenn Region?"
"Yeah. One of them was from a red organization the other was from the blue. I don't know their names, however. Oh, and by the way... there was this Team Rocket grunt who was brainwashed by one of those organizations. I can't recall the name but I assure you the grunt belonged to Team Rocket."
"A grunt from Team Rocket was brainwashed? How did you know about these things?"
"Hacking."
"Tell me more. I am interested."
"Well basically the host of the fluid does not act like a zombie but rather stronger and more powerful. Once controlled by the microchip, the wielder of the remote can do what he or she pleases or intend to do to the person. May it be for evil deeds or other particular matters. It could also be used for the common good."
"Thank you for your time, Violet. I appreciate your honesty."
"Who said I was trying to be honest? Hehe...." She then leans forward and mumbles softly, "Although your face seems to be worried about these serums I'd rather not focus on them. We all heard the story of the titans when we were young detective, and now, they're about to awaken. Tick tock, you're running out of time."
"I-Impossible. I thought those titans were a myth." stutters, the detective.
"Pfft. I guess you thought wrong. It has been written in the books of Hoenn. The titans of rock, ice, and steel. If I was not mistaken, aside from these titans there was also something peculiar that I've noticed from one of my seismographs. There has been an earthquake under the ocean."
"Thank you again, for your time." The detective smiles and decides to leave the professor inside the room. As he walks, his eyes remain on the ground, wondering about the words of the professor and the serums she had in her pocket.
