Fuchsia city.

After a full day of travel, Aoki and his group arrived in Fuschia city. They were welcomed by a flurry of celebration as soon as they arrived in the city.

Various shops and decorations were scattered throughout the city.

Daisy widened her eyes as she looked at her watch.

"Shit, we only have an hour before the breeder exam registration closes.

We need to hurry, Brock!!!" Daisy yelled.

"Misty Aoki, we'll meet later!!" Brock yelled as they dashed towards a taxi.

Aoki and Misty began exploring one area of the city after finding a cozy hotel and refueling.

Due to the presence of the official poison-type gym, which was led by elite four Koga's sister Aya, this city, like all others, had a color scheme that mixed violet and maroon.

Although the city was big and developed, there weren't a lot of tall structures there. In contrast to the 20–30 floored buildings they had seen in other cities, the tallest building in the entire city was only about 12 stories.

Misty gulped down two bottles of water in one sitting because the food in this city was extra spicy. Even that wasn't enough, so Aoki took some sweets from his stash and gave them to her.

Misty had to take a break because her face had turned bright red from the amount of spices in the food.

She was astounded to see stores selling so much spicy food, but she was even more shocked to see some customers ordering extra spicy food.

"These people are not humans!!!... Compared to us, they are a different breed. "Misty swore silently to herself.

Aoki learned from the locals and shopkeepers that every kind of spice grown in Kanto and Jhoto can be found in this city.

Aoki ordered some spicy food for Charizard, as he was the only one his team who preferred spicy food.

Aoki made the decision to buy all the spices he could find, especially those from Jhoto, in order to later use them in a tasty recipe.

As for the vegetation, it was moderate with the majority of flowering plants dispersed throughout the city, similar to that of Celedon City, but this city lacked the same enticing scent.

Although the streets were well constructed, they weren't as good as those in Saffron or Vermillion City.

After exploring a few stores, they came to a location where trainers were abound.

The renowned Fuchsia Stadium was here. It was the largest battle arena they had ever seen.

At the stadium's entrance were statues of two people in armor sitting on Rapidashes with spears in their hands.

The Indigo League used to be held in this city back when Jhoto League was a part of Kanto.

When the Jhoto league and the Kanto league split, the Indigo league's stadium on the Indigo plateau was constructed.

This stadium is not deserted; rather, it is frequently used for Fuschia City events or rented to trainers for a set fee.

The Youth Cup was scheduled to take place here. Aoki observed various individuals adorning the stadium.

Around the stadium, there were a lot of food stands as well.

'Must be pretty expensive to book a stall around the stadium' Misty thought.

They left that location and began exploring other areas. That's when Aoki noticed a magazine filling an entire shelf of a bookstore.

"Hey, Misty!

"The magazine for which you took photographs is now available."

"Are you serious?!?" "Let me take a look."

The cover page featured her in a business suit, and the rest of the pages featured her other photos. Overall, the magazine was well-made.

While Misty and Aoki were reading the magazine, a familiar face reached for another copy from the shelf.

"You look stunning here, Misty."

Misty turned to face the person after hearing a familiar voice.

"Suzie!! "What are you doing here?" Misty expressed surprise at seeing her.

"It's been a while, Suzie," Aoki said.

"Nice to see you two here…

I was scheduled to take a groomer exam tomorrow. Furthermore, how can I miss the youth cup?" Suzie said.

"Two of our friends, Brock and Daisy, are also in this event," Misty said of Brock and Daisy.

"I have met them before, they were an interesting bunch.

I heard that only 10 participants are going to get a license from them, so it will be an intense competition," Suzie replied.

"How are your preparations coming along, Suzie?" Aoki asked.

"I did my best to prepare; the rest is up to luck," Suzie said with a smile.

"Are you two free right now? I was thinking of going to the amusement park," Suzie inquired.

"Nice idea; that was also our next destination.

It'll be fun if you come too" Misty said.

"Ahh!!! "I'm going to dieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

A man screamed at the top of his lungs.

An excited-sounding woman wearing loose clothing was screaming alongside the man.

"Misty, you seeing this?" Aoki asked, watching the scene in front of him.

"Yeah, that poor guy. I never expected to see a gym leader like this."

Jill and gym leader Alex were the two on the roller coaster. While Jill was having fun, Alex was pale, as if all the colors on his face had faded.

It wasn't clear whether his fear stemmed from the motion or the ride's shape as a Gyarados.

"Is that Flannery City's gym leader? ".....it's strange seeing a gym leader like that," Suzie said nervously.

Finally, the ride came to an end, and Alex stumbled down, supported by two women. One of them was Jill, and the other appeared to be from the Joy family.

Jill moved in their direction after spotting Aoki and Misty.

I had a feeling I'd run into you two here. When did you guys arrive?" she inquired. "We arrived here two days ago.

"Hey Aoki…..it's been a whi-" Alex came to a halt in the middle and covered his mouth as if about to vomit.

"Wait, don't do it here!!.

"I'll take him to the restroom, you guys talk." Aoki took Alex's hand and began walking towards the restroom.

"We got here this morning. Aside from that, what happened to him? " Misty asked, pointing to Alex.

He lost to both of us in a game that we were playing the previous night, so as a punishment, he must comply with everything we ask of him for the next day.

But it appears that we went a little too far. Ah, that reminds her, meet Mica Joy, Alex's childhood friend, and fiancée," Jill said, gesturing to the person standing next to her.

Mica had inherited the Joy family genes, which made her very attractive. In contrast to Jill, who had a lot of energy, she seemed to be more reserved and calm.

On the other hand

Alex vomited and spent a long time in the restroom before feeling a little better. He appeared to have fought a war by the time he came out.

"Drink some water here," Aoki said, pulling out a water bottle.

"Thanks"

"How did things get so bad?"

"I messed up….

The first thing I did was eat things that made my stomach upset. The second was when I let my girlfriends win the bet and gave in to their requests, underestimating them.

I've been riding along with them on all the rides this morning despite having an upset stomach. And every ride they selected had characteristics of the kind found in roller coasters.

When I went on the Gyarados ride, that was the last straw. I believed that I had overcome my fear to some extent, but boy, was I mistaken.

I've had enough; I won't be putting myself through any more challenges without first knowing what they will entail.

'Seems like he went through hell.' Aoki thought.

Both of them returned, and Alex's two girlfriends expressed their regret for subjecting him to such an ordeal.

Three of them made the decision to stop for the day and went into a nearby restaurant to have lunch.

After finishing that, Aoki's team could now enjoy themselves. Three of them stayed in the park until late in the evening before returning to their hotels.

Late at night

Aoki rode Pidgeot out of the hotel and landed in a forest outside of town.

He released each of his Pokemon one by one while holding a Pokeball in front of them.

"We have a guy who needs to be disciplined. "

The peak elite stage Aerodactyl that had just emerged from the Pokeball roared and tried to attack Aoki right away but was immediately knocked to the ground by a powerful gravitational field.

"Get to work, everyone. "
