S1E12:Escaping The System

Foxx sat there looked at Bill before asking, "So Professor Oak says that you created the Pokemon Storage System. Is that true?"

"Well I had a good part in its creation but I wasn't the only one. Why?" asked Bill as he sipped on some tea.

"Well I was wondering if there is a way for someone to be outside of the system?" asked Foxx as he petted Vulpix, who was on his lap.

"What do you mean?" questioned Bill with another sip of tea.

"Is there a way for someone to carry all of their Pokemon on them?" asked Foxx.

"Well yes but it would be against Pokemon League Regulations. Why do you want to know?" asked Bill

"I don't plan on fighting in the league. Today wasn't the first time I've faced these thugs and I want to do something about it."

"What good would not being in the system do?"

"I plan to take the Pokemon from criminals and retrain them. Which brings me to my second question. Is there a way to reprogram or transfer a Pokemon with out trading Pokemon?"

"So you want to be able to turn their Pokemon into yours?"

"In a way. But only temporally and until I can find someone better to care for them."

"Let me talk to Professor Oak and get back with you but for now let's call it a night." replied Bill as him and Foxx stood and headed for their beds.
