The Morris Mansion bustled with guests, each arriving in an assortment of masks, showcasing their invitations upon entry.
Winston Auguste, a sprightly elderly man, affectionately approached his grandson, Ryan, whose eyes lit up in recognition. "My cute grandson, recognize Grandpa?" Winston held the little one, who responded with joyful babbles, "Gampaa.... bbaaaa.... Gampaa."
"My grandson is so intelligent," Winston smiled, hugging Ryan tightly, causing the baby to giggle with joy.
Isabella Auguste, elegant and poised, joined the gathering, presenting a beautifully wrapped car key to Amaya. "For our first grandson's birthday," she said with warmth.
Amaya accepted the gift graciously, thanking her Aunt Isabella, "Thank you so much."
"Did you meet Benedict?" Isabella asked, looking around.
"Yes, he was around just a short while ago. He might be somewhere here, Aunt," Amaya replied.
