Natalie's Goodbye
Natalie crumbles completely, whispering, "It's over, all over," as she slouches down. Ash threatened her that if she declined she would tell everything about Peony to Gonzalez. He works there as a Manager under Mr. Beth at Gonzalez Ltd.
She needs to make a decision between her and Peony's safety.
In the evening when Peony comes out of her room she exclaims showing her phone screen filled with reviews, "Natalie, look at the wholesome reviews for your cakes. The customers loved it!". Peony showed her the positive reviews to motivate her further.
Forcing a smile, Natalie, fatigued and defeated, responds softly, "Yeah, good."
Natalie was sitting on the couch in the dark looking dull and gloomy. "Why didn't you switch on the lights Natalie? It's already evening." Peony switched on the lights.
Looking at her she asks,"What happened to you Natalie, are you not feeling well?"Peony was concerned.
