Meeting her little friend
"Let's leave quickly," Cameron urged, his voice laced with worry as he guided Ava toward the exit.
"But what if Daisy looks for me?" Ava asked, glancing back, her concern for her friend evident even in the tense situation.
"I'll handle it," Cameron replied, his arm wrapping protectively around her shoulders. "Right now, I just need you to come with me."
His tone left no room for argument, and though part of her wanted to resist, the seriousness in his eyes softened her resolve. With the security team surrounding them, Ava allowed herself to be led away, still feeling torn but too anxious to fight any further.
As they moved through the crowd, she kept glancing over her shoulder, her thoughts filled with worry for Daisy and Kevin, but Cameron's firm hold kept her moving forward.
