I eyed the fang Fenrir had dropped in the ground with hesitation, as Loki smiled at me from above Fenrir's head where he sat, should I really grab the fang, he was a trickster, so there had to be a catch with this, besides his obvious entertainment. Taking a deep breath, I levitated the fang to me, while keeping my eyes on the clearly mad god, this time getting a better look at him, detailing him. He had a dirty looking blonde hair, his face was filled with scars, that accentuated his crazy demeanor even more, his blue eyes were devoid of all emotion, as for his physical build, he was lean and looked very ordinary.

"Now, don't be like that," Loki pouted, a smile slowly making its way to his scarred face, "I am helping you, free of charge," as if I was going to believe that, he wanted something, something I was probably already giving him even without knowing, but what it was?… I could only hope Odin would be able to answer that and knowing the man… he probably already knew what Loki wanted from me, he simply chose to not tell me.

"Thanks," I replied, teleporting the fang to Svartalfheim, better to save the ingredient before the deranged god changed his mind about giving it to me, "Now… I must go," readying my teletransportation spell.

Loki grinned cockily before snapping his fingers, "Not so fast," stopping my spell with one of his own, "I am not done with you," he chuckled, "We have an forty five minutes before Thor comes back, let's… play a game,"

"A game?" I fucking knew it! This crazy ass motherfucker was not going to let me go, at least not without some sort of demented game to entertaint himself.

"Oh, nothing much…" Loki chuckled, "I just want you to meet my other son… alone,"

"Jormungandr… and how is dealing with him a game?" Dealing with crazy people is never easy.

"The game is… will you die? Or will you retrieve the scales you so desperately need," Loki chuckled, "With Thor, this last quest would've been all too easy, and we can't have that can we?" he winked, "So, let's place our bets… will you survive? Will you die? Hehehe, let the game begin,"

As he said that a menacing cold feeling invaded my body, pushing me to the ground… crushing my body roughly against the rocks as if gravity had increased a thousand times, but instead of finding some type of resistance, or a hard surface at the very least, I was surprised to find the ground quite soft, as if it was yielding to the pressure my body was giving, like a pillow I could say. Second by second, I felt as my body was pushed into the ground deeper and deeper, swallowing me into oblivion as I struggled but failed to stop whatever was happening to me, in panic, I felt as my senses go into overdrive, as darkness swallowed me whole.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Slowly, I come back to my senses, finding myself floating in the sea aimlessly. With a sigh, I jumped out of the water sending a wave of mana across the sea trying to locate the big ass snake, deep down being afraid that Loki had followed through on his word and had teleported me right to Jormungandr, but somehow, I seemed to be completely alone, apart for aquatic animals one would expect on the sea, there was nothing out of the ordinary.

"The fuck did Loki do," I muttered to myself, as I notice I was feeling quite dizzy, to the point I was forced to sit down in the air, groaning in pain and discomfort until the inexplicable feeling that Loki had probably forced into me dissapeared, "No wonder everyone hates him," I chuckled bitterly, he was a true asshole, "Well… time to go to…" I stopped mid sentence, noticing something, I couldn't feel any magical signatures, not only on the sea, but in the entire world, something that was impossible, which meant I was not in midgard, it looked like it… it smelt like it…. but it wasn't, "Where in the nine fucking realms am I?!" I asked myself, trying to see if I could feel one of the realms I was familiar from where I was… but nothing.

Many possible answers flashed across my mind, like… perhaps this was a pocket dimension, like Olympus, or a realm I had yet to visit, but before I was able to select a plausible possibility, I felt the world I was in, shake violently… the entire world was rumbling, on instinct I teleported out of the sea, to the skies… trying to get the high ground, this tremor was not a natural occurrence, it was the result of someone… or something moving, "I will take a wild guess and say it, the big boy," I chuckled, seeing as the sea started to become more and more violent, when all of the sudden the entire sea erupted, on a wild and unstoppable tsunami of cataclysmic proportions as something rose from the sea, towering where I was in less than a second, which was surprising, considering I was a few thousands meters above the sea level.

Taking a deep breath, I turned around to see something I was fully expecting, Jormungandr towering above me, and boy… was the big monster massive, and here I thought Fenrir was big, just what does Loki feed them, "Hi,"

Jormungandr eyed me for a moment with curiosity, before releasing a feral hiss, that pushed me a few miles back with such strength I started to wonder if the beast had a connection with the skies or something to produce such a powerful blast with a simple hiss, "I will assume you don't like me," I chuckled, and who could blame me? This was my defence mechanism when I find something I can't deal with, I try to laugh… and this monster was easily the most disturbing thing I had ever faced so far, I was but an ant compared to him in sheer size, but what disturbed me the most was… that I felt no mana coming from the beast at all, if it wasn't for the fact I was seeing him face to face, I would argue it was an illusion, but it wasn't, I could feel his physical form, just no mana coming from him, just what in the fuck was he… and why was he the first living form without mana I had encounter since I came to existence here.
