Anne and the barbarian continue to exchange blows. Both seem to be evenly matched, it is not until Anne receives some light wounds that she suddenly grows exhausted. The barbarian takes advantage of this by attacking repeatedly, forcing Anne to fight on the defensive. It seems like Anne is being drained of her stamina when hit and the barbarian becomes renewed whenever he strikes a blow. His weapons glow a feint green that intensifies in brightness after a successful hit.

You and Arlo watch this for some time.

"Something is off…", comments Arlo, "Anne usually isn't this tired so quickly."
