Agility is a measure of how agile you are and how fast your reflexes are. In combat, it's very important, as it affects how likely you are to hit your opponent or dodge their attacks. Agility can also affect your running speed and other skills where agility is important.

Leadership is a measure of how well you lead others. Top leadership can result in people following your orders or listening to your advice during battle. It can also grant additional options in the conversation.

Intelligence is a measure of how educated you are through formal training or reading books. High intelligence can allow additional conversational options and give you the ability to perform tasks that require formal training or education, such as using military tactics in battle. It can also give a little boost to the experience you gain from quests.

Wisdom is a measure of how wise you are. Wisdom can only be given through experience or learning from the experiences of others. It's different from intelligence and it's more a measure of common sense. High wisdom will allow you to notice things others cannot and may give you additional dialogue options in conversation.

Diplomacy is a measure of how well you do in normal conversation. High diplomacy will make people more likely to see your point of view, trust you, or do what you want. Someone with high diplomacy can usually get out of any situation.
